First of all, the owner came to the house, not a salesman. Brian was on time, had a positive and respectful attitude and was a terrific listener. Now, that might not seem to be a big deal to some, but it made a difference to me. He walked the entire yard, asked us a lot of questions to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted, with no UP-SELLING. His quote was considerably less than the other bids. Brian and his crew were on time, professional, respectful and extremely hard working. They completed the job in one day, keep us informed of their progress, and cleaned up after the job was done. We now have an amazing black aluminum 5ft fence, which we are extremely happy with. If I have any more fencing done on my property, it will be with Crowders Creek Outdoor Services, without question.
