Greg called shortly after, then we set an appointment that worked well for my schedule 2 days later. He even took care to mention the forecast to be sure I'd be alright meeting on a rainy day if needed. On the day of our appointment, I requested that he let me know when he was on his way, and he did so. Greg showed up on time, was very friendly, and gave me an in depth opinion on the health of the tree in question. He seemed very honest and trustworthy, and took time to explain any potential risks and what to look for on the tree in the future if it's health starts to change. The workman who was there explained that tree sprouts would likely come up unless it was ground lower.When we called the office, they refused to grind it lower on the basis that grinding was an additional charge, even though their proposal was for a removal of the tree and the guy who gave me the proposal (Josh Wagner) never told me that there would be grinding needed, and also told me that they would do a full removal. Ignore their emails about guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction and find someone more honest.
