I only had the opportunity to work with Arrow for renting equipment, but their EQ was extremely high quality for a very reasonable price, and what they didn't have in stock they were rapidly able to sub-rent. They also offer delivery, which I feel like is important to mention because that REALLY came in handy for me. My coordinator suggested their Studio as a PPM location, and while it didnt work out on this one, I'm thrilled to know their space exists for the next one. She didn't want to help me over the phone, and that was fine because her attitude was so crap, I didnt even wanna go there. I told her I had the confirmation email even from THEIR site. So instead of providing me customer service she told me forward that to them and they'll respond. First off, I'm not in lighting. So as a person who was in need of renting lights for a teenagers birthday party, to get an email talking about 2500 deposit or 10000 in insurance policy, etc. for a light kit I found at several other places for $80 a day and not all this drama and tension. Glad she turned me off with her rude ass. Now.. the way life works.. I do work in the entertainment business for one of the largest networks. I will be sure to pass word to never mention this place around our offices for any productions or side projects.
