Jonathan visited my 15 unit apartment building because I needed several photos to assist me with an upcoming construction job at the property. I had worked with Jonathan earlier this year. I needed video footage for my mother's house in the valley. Just wanted something simple that showed the house perimeter to show our family the work that needed to be done around her house regarding landscaping etc. and holes in fences since she lives on a hill and she had issues with coyotes. He was free the day I called and came out right away. I've never hired a Drone company before and was not sure how the process worked and he was very understanding and patient and explained what he can do for me. He listened to what I needed and he went above and beyond and made additional suggestions to make sure what I had envisioned come to life. He took extra time to shoot for me to make sure he got the right shots from above. I was in a time crunch and what other companies said they could turn around in 3-5 days, he made the effort to complete all the editing by that evening. I gave him a flash drive to transfer video instead of him emailing copy and he was able to complete the job that night. He personally took the time to hand deliver flash drive since he was passing by my area which I was not expecting because I told him I would pick it up since he already went out of his way to finish the project. Jonathan is very efficient and professional and what I had originally expected to see on video, he actually made it better and surpassed all my expectations my first time out. Jonathan and Dion make the dream team! We were looking for a videographer that specializes in drone shots for our new office's promotional video and found Jonathan through YELP. We sent out several quote requests and Jonathan got back to us very quickly! We were speaking to another videographer and after speaking with Jonathan and Dion, we immediately realized that they shared our same vision for our video! We showed them both a few promo videos that we liked and Dion provided us with a clear direction of what shots to take and gave us confidence that we were working with true professionals! During the day of the shoot, they both were very friendly, professional and even redone shots with no problems at all! I'm a pretty picky person and I hate myself on video, but they did an excellent job making the entire process painless. Bonus was that they quoted a turn around time of just 2 days. Another videographer quoted us 2 weeks. A little less than 48 hours later, we got our video as promised and we love it!!! Dion was SO NICE to work with over email to make the requested revisions, he also provided us with alot of his professional opinions during the revision process and it made our lives so much easier since we had zero cinematography experience.
