We found…read moreLacey Wood Photography on Yelp and were impressed by her reviews and transparent pricing packages on her website. We reached out and were immediately contacted by her team. We were able to explain what we were looking for, which was a bit different from your typical real estate photography for when you are listing your home for sale. Scheduling and communication leading up to the day of our shoot was a breeze. Lacey showed up on time and it was clear from the very beginning that she knows exactly that she is doing. She had great suggestions for how to photograph our house to "show the space" in a way that shows how our rooms connect to each other, which is something production companies will want to know. She understood our request completely and spent an hour taking the best pictures of our house and yard that I've ever seen! Her turn around time is also super impressive, we had our pictures the next day. We couldn't be happier with how the photographs turned out, and our experience with Lacey was nothing short of awesome. She's a true photography genius, hire her. You won't regret it.

I had questions for the seller and my realtor and I asked Armando multiple times for answers. I never got any answers from him/the sellers. When I got the keys to my house- the garage clicker died within a few days. I had to spend over $400 on cleaners because the sellers didn't do ANY cleaning. Floors weren't swept/mopped, bathrooms still had hair/dirt/grime and the kitchen had old food in the oven/cabinets and gunk on the microwave and stove. It was absolutely atrocious!!!! As a sellers agent, Armando should've made sure the sellers cleaned and gave me proper working keys. He clearly only cared about the commission check. Highly disappointed!!!
