We decided that this was beyond our DIY scope and got three quotes for a bathroom, demo and remodel. Not only did Armen have a very reasonable price, but he was super involved and communicative. When the work started, Armen was checking in with me almost daily and visited my house often to make sure that the work was going as planned. Additionally, he was very flexible with the materials that I wanted used and delivered the bathroom that I wanted. We love our new room and it is one of our favorite spaces in our entire house now. Original estimate was $1800 and he got $900 down and only cleaned the deck (high estimate of $400) but I foolishly agreed. He must have seen me as an easy mark. None of the rest of the work was done and he, when coming to collect proudly announced "The work is done". When I almost laughed incredulously, he called the police to "complain about not paying for services" Even the cop said he was "full of Sh...t" Read my yelp review as he kept threatening (had done that BEFORE not doing any work). I have grounds to sue him but court costs would take up more than he owes me. He is actually scary and uses intimidation when maybe 5% of the work was completed (deck wash) when he demanded full payment and called police. This must be his M.O. in business.
