We enlisted the services of Apollo Drywall & Painting to eliminate the unsightly popcorn ceilings and to fresh paint our new retirement home. Like anyone I contacted other companies and by far Apollo was the best response and price wise. We even had one that never even cared to respond and another that came and looked for the estimate and never called back. Their losses! So Apollo was a no brainer choice for us and dealing with with Russell the owner and his Office Admin. Bridget was an easy and pure joy as we pretty much communicated all long distance by texting before we finally moved in . The process took 2 weeks of excruciating detail and effort by Mike & Chris who were on our project. Their work was above and beyond what we could have expected and they were always prompt and early and left behind "the cleanest job site ever" every day as my son in law who checked in daily in our absence would attest to. When we arrived the 2nd week they worked around us to get the job done so we were able to see first hand the tremendous effort to get it ALL done perfect.They were personable and pleasant to have around which was a big help. They even helped us move some boxes around and assist with setting up our beds at their request- they also went back and tightened up loose fans as they had to move them to remove ceiling and to paint ! They were apologetic but had no need to be. In the end the home is absolutely beautiful thanks to their extra effort in the final stages of the painting. They were meticulous and told us that until we saw all and they touched up all they would not leave! They would not leave till we were 100% satisfied. Well we werent- We were 110% satisfied and happy. We met Russell and he could not have been nicer as he too was very pleased and explained how much work the job really took- a few of our ceilings were very uncooperative in leaving their home for so many years but gone they are and we couldn`t be happier. Our home looks new and happy with its face lift as are we. We are so grateful for the personality - work ethic and professionalism shown by Mike- Chris- Russell- and Bridget throughout our project and give them the most respected recommendation for anyone else looking for similar work.

At the beginning of November 2022, flooding caused by heavy storms, overflowed a drainage ditch adjacent to my property, and caused damage that was not fixable. My house had to be lifted into the air and a whole new poured foundation and crawlspace installed. Fadale Enterprises assured me that the products/services could still be applied to the new poured concrete crawlspace. On multiple occasions, I was told they needed to be involved during the entire new foundation and crawlspace install process to make sure their products were installed properly. I live in Pittsburgh and trusted they would oversee this. Fadale Enterprises never installed or appeared on site to install the Sump Basin and Tile Drain like they had stated they would as "the company needs to see a project through from start to finish to control everything". That did not happen. The owner of the foundation company I hired had to drive to Fadale Enterprises to pick up the Sump Basin and Tile Drains to install them himself. The only items ever provided by Fadale Enterprises that are on-site at my property are: 1. Sump Basin 2. Tile Drain and Fittings These costs are listed as the first 6 items on their quote and they are below: $168 $48 $36 $32 $18 $112 Total: $414 of actual product is at my property. No labor by Fadale Enterprises has ever been performed. No other items have ever been delivered and/or installed at my property. So Fadale Enterprises never encapsulated my crawlspace, but kept my money. . After several failed attempts asking Fadale Enterprises that I be refunded for items that were never delivered to my property nor installed at my property, as well as no labor ever performed at my property by Fadale Enterprises, they have yet to return my $6756.

He kept saying that he was going to come fix it. He'd promise a time and simply not show up, he'd say he was on his way and never show up without a word, or he'd try to come after dark late at night. After 2 weeks of begging him to fix the leaky roof, we had to hire another roofer to do another tear off because it was so bad. We took him to small claims (he didn't show up twice-no surprise there) and we were awarded the full amount plus the cost of the interior repairs. We have yet to see the money owed to us. I have all texts between us and him, as well as more pictures. The judge was disgusted and immediately awarded us the full asking amount. If I could give zero stars, I would.

At first, it appeared everyone was working towards my 8K project in good faith. My wife wanted…read morequartz countertops. However, this company showed its true colors when it first demanded a 50% deposit before anything was even measured (on everything including the extras). We are dealing with countertops here people, and even the Representative of the company sent out (Stone Services?) that does the actual measurement said that at least 10% of the jobs have to be declined because of the countertops not being leveled enough. Now, answer me this: why would anyone in the position of President, who should understand the above, begin buying the "extras" before the job is even measured and cleared to proceed? No one with good business sense would do that. That sounds like a highly inexperienced President to me. Though Emily was nice and at first claimed she was going to try and send our faucet back, she then made the excuse that she couldn't. So we ended up only getting a 50% refund from the money deposited for the new faucet setup. Now imagine if she had gone out and bought the sink before the job was even measured? Bottom line here people is that this President, though seemingly nice and cordial, is highly inexperienced resulting in the following. Everyone knows that certain business losses are already priced in to yearly budgets going forward, etc. Because she failed to waive the loss on the faucet (about $120), which we all know is already calculated into prices as business losses, this company (once I level my cabinets) will never get the $8,000.00 job it would have gotten. Is that an intelligent business decision? I would be curious to get the opinion of her Boss and Supervisor; perhaps the CEO of the Company. Their loss; not mine. And because I could see where this could have gone even more horribly wrong (like her trying to not refund half the cost of the sink if she had gone out prematurely and obtained it), I would never recommend this business to anyone. I have no animosity towards this person; but believe there is much for her to learn; and would avoid the business at all costs.
