They are not the cheapest in town. You get what you pay for when it comes to contractors. This company is well worth the money. Great work for a fair wage.

So - you get all three things with this contractor - Price - Quality - Service! When we decided to add a wrap around deck with composition decking to our existing deck and we were dealing with a ravine - we knew the price wasn't going to be in our favor, but it had to be done. My wife and I are doing everything we can now in order to remain in our home and have the ability to maintain it when life throws us severe aging issues. Mike came over, looked everything over and gave us a price - to be honest we were a bit shocked at the price. It really did seem high. Therefore we contacted another contractor who gave us an indication who we'd be doing business with. The third contractor never called us back - so we crossed our fingers and went with Mike - though he was highly recommended by others - the price seemed very different from the other and we just were not sure. When Mike got here and started the job - my concerns were all put to rest as I watched him meticulously begin working. He knew what he was doing and ensured that my new decking would probably outperform my old decking. He even was able to find the exact match to my old decking - along with railing too! Though the job isn't done yet - I am ready to give out 5 stars. I realize that I shouldn't be so quick to give out this rating and will update and change if need be, but summer is here and someone might need a job done by a pro, at a reasonable price with great quality and workmanship - Mike's the guy to call! 7-4-13 - 4th of July update: The job was done ahead of schedule and Mike and CJ actual finished the job on the fourth of July and to perfection I might add. We have already decided to hire them for two more job - a reconstruction of our front porch with composition decking and a new retaining wall for our parking area. The owner, Robert Case, bids on your…read moreprojects and then fails to inform you that the price doesn't include electric, plumbing, wiring, outlet covers, basically everything and anything needed to complete a project. He never mentioned his bid will have additional costs with his subcontractors all add-ons beyond the initial bid. Yes, it was spelled out any of the finishes I would be responsible for (appliances, cabinets, countertops, etc). That is to be expected! There are times when there are unexpected problems and, of course, you would discuss solutions for those issues. You don't realize you are paying him outrageous fees to gut your home because nothing is actually included but the contract language reads he's going to do your project. After he sends in his subs, when there are problems with cabinets, appliances, etc. he tells you it's not on him and you have to go back to each individual who he sub-contracted with for the job. That would be your responsibility rather than the "contractor" you hired which was why I hired a "contractor" to oversee and complete the project. He charged over 47 hours (extra) of electrical work for a small 1,300 square foot house in which he only worked on a tiny kitchen and bathroom. This was not new construction, this is an existing home with wiring and an existing electrical box. This is a home with an open attic space for total access. If he worked as many hours as he spends on the phone taking personal calls during your paid hours, his time on the job would be cut in half or more! He will "discount" some services to be paid under the table so he can avoid paying taxes With all these issues, his work is sub-par. The problems are not "his fault" and there was no communication when issues arise (such as a ceiling he says is not level. His solution: install cabinets that look like they are just barely hanging on. He never discussed any concerns with work or offered suggestions or alternative plans to make it more aesthetically pleasing. He completed the work and it is unsatisfactory and his response is it's not his fault or his problem leaving everything for you to work out. Stay away from him! I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company and its unethical and dishonest owner. He's angry, combative, talks on top of you and threatens to file a lien against your property when he refuses to do the right thing or resolve problems. He just screams "I want my money" and there is no recourse on your part. He should not be working in anyone's home ever! He is the most unprofessional person I've ever worked with in how he conducts his business and how he treats his clients. The best part of working with him was being able to tell him to leave and never come back.
