My husband and I just moved into our forever home when we realized there was a leak coming in. My husband calls Mann construction and speaks with Jeremy who sets an appointment right away. I was impressed from the start as Jeremy not only showed up, but he was early and prepared. He did a thorough investigation of my roof to determine the issue. He was able to determine that I did not have the appropriate roof system up (I have a low sloped roof) and gave me multiple options to fix it. No other company even mentioned that I didnt have thr appropriate roofing system. Right after doing the physical part of the quote, he sent it to me right away! Now I had several roofers say they woukd send me the quote and then they ghosted me. At this point I was sold and nothing was done to the roof yet. Jeremy got us scheduled right away and the day of the work, the crew was early. The crew was extremely respectful of my home and did their best to cover/protect/clean the mess (I needed a partial tare off).
