In September of 2015 I posted my first review of Rockwell, Kelly and Duarte. At that time I was in a great deal of pain and frustrated about the way my life had changed so drastically. Needing to vent my frustration I chose the softest target. A business and people who at that time I knew very little about. Over the course of the next three years I learned how very wrong I was in my review. My attorney Jeff and his paralegal Rick worked very hard to make sure that my injury will be taken care of. Without them I'd very likely would live in severe pain for a very long time. My case has come to an end and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. While some things are set in stone before a case like this starts, some aren't. What I do know is that one of their founders, David Rockwell, actively supports drug use and terrorizing neighborhoods with his wife Nancy. They pay for a residence for their drug addict daughter, Elise, and lease out every space of the house, including the garage, to offset the costs. The people who live and frequent this place are causing issues for the people who live in this peaceful neighborhood, including: - Trash and beer cans constantly littering the street - Extreme yelling and threats of violence by Elise and her 'boyfriends' - Extremely loud subwoofer amplified music at all times of the day. - Random strangers walking/biking across yards of neighbors - Multiple cars parked in the alleyway blocking access - People frequently walking in and around the alleyway 24/7 - Drug baggies found on the ground in the alleyway David and Nancy Rockwell are FULLY aware that all of this is happening, as the neighbors have complained multiple times and the police have been out to the residence a countless number of times. If you do not support hard drug use and scumbags destroying our beautiful city I recommend taking your business anywhere else.
