She was court appointed to be minors council for the children..First court hearing she Never showed up. No call, no show. Then when she met the children, she tried to brain wash them. She Never listed to the children as they were abducted by her mother. Drugged and beaten by ex spouses boyfriend. She failed to listen to the children. She.kept forcing the children on their mother. Finally when Kaleb Bureel the mediator from Stanislaus County stepped in, now we felt safe. Bidgoli started arguing with the judge, denying the mediators recommendation. Weird she was supporting my ex spouse attorney instead of the 2 minor children. Dont let this female around your children. She kept on forcing children to contact their mother when there was already stay away orders from court. read more

A five star rating is not good enough to describe how wonder, amazing, and incredible of an attorney she is. Anna and her firm are more than attorneys, they are true warriors who fight for their clients tooth and nail, non stop. The level of care they have for their clients and the vigor they fight for their clients is beyond words. My wife and I can't say enough about how amazing they were to us in our case. She is the gold standard of an attorney. read more

I'd give less stars if I could. She's nice to you until she gets her deposit. It's actually a building full of very unhappy women that are still in the process of going thru their own divorce and custody cases. She seems to work for men more so than women. I felt she was unprofessional and almost as if she was working for my now ex-husband . read more

I have had Anna Evans as my divorce attorney since 2015, and I'm glad I did. In a divorce case, there are no winners or losers. Only heartache and stress. Anna was and has always been attentive to everything I needed in my case. Her staff, especially Gabriela Suarez were just as awesome as Anna. I truly cannot say enough. Wouldn't have been able to get through the proceedings if she was not by my side. The first time we went to court, I remember looking at Anna and telling her, I do not care if we win the motion or loose the motion, as long as I know that you fought for me, that is all I care about. Anna did just that. After walking out of the courthouse, I thanked her for having fought for me. Thank you Anna for all your time and effort and everything you did for me to help me keep my sanity during that crazy time of my life. read more

Anna Evans is OUTSTANDING!!! She was so professional, compassionate, pleasant, and extremely helpful. During my hour consultation, which was free because of a benefit I have through my job, she informed me that I could resolve my issue without having to retain her. She was so empathetic to my situation and even prepared documents for me that I can submit to the court myself, which isn't going to cost me any money. What lawyer does that for their client? Well, Anna Evans does. I HIGHLY recommend her for sure! Thank you Anna so much!!! read more

reached out to help with divorce case, as you can imagine thats already a costly experience in itself. I could most definitely write a book about the scam this law office is! skipped multiple court dates just to continuously call me to ask questions I've already answered racking up the due bill. office is completely unprofessional and talking to them is equivalent to talking to a 5 year old. 8 months into the case they robbed me of almost eight thousand dollars with not a SINGLE court appearance. anna evens seemed to be highly intimidated by the judge and avoided at all costs. this law office is 100% a legal scam for your hard earned money with absolutely zero results. don't believe me? hand them your money and watch how fast you'll be leaving a similar review right under this one! do yourself a favor and stay far far far away. hoping this firm goes under quickly. I genuinely feel bad for anyone that signs with them. sad to know they will scam many others. retained a new attorney and within 2 months we had a settlement and were finalizing were as this firm couldn't remember where my file even was. not to mention i did 85% of the foot work and obtained all evidence for them to have a slam dunk case and i still got nothing but my account being emptied from them charging me constantly! good luck with your choice of representation. read more

Had high ... High hopes for this place.... but according to the bad reviews, I have to vouch and say their true as I had a terrible experience here but not bad enough to hire this business Paid for the consultation and after we were done, I was told to "visit other law offices and see what they say and if I want to come back and attain evans law group for service, to call her back..""" First and foremost, that's bad business to tell anyone to seek other "places for either a better deal or for a better consultation." My case. I didn't care the price , I wanted the best consultation and best believe I never went back to this place after taking her advice and "seeked other places and although I didn't find anyone worthy in Modesto/Turlock area , I had better chances defending myself then lawyers themselves and I saved "thousands!" read more

Do not use this firm I have paid them almost 10,000 dollars and the divorce and it still isn't final, they keep billing me every month and doing nothing to resolve my case. They told me the judge has rejected the filing that they did 2 times and now want more money to do the same process again? They have no reasons for me as to why the paperwork they file is being rejected, but every time that I call them to find out what is going on with my case they charge me another 100 dollars and continue to do nothing. I hired this firm in 2020 and like I said my Ex and I haven't even lived together for 2 yrs but we are still not divorced due to the lack of commitment of this firm. They are money hungry and provide poor service. If you use these crooks you get what you get. You have now been warned. Good Luck read more

Ms Evans is just the best. She has helped me since 2017 with my immigration case and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. 10/10 would recommend Anna Evans! read more

I went to Anna Evans at my lowest moment in the start of a divorce. She said all the right things to get the initial deposit. After that, she never fought for me, never showed a plan of action and a divorce that should have taken a year almost took four (I am still paying it off)! As a father, especially a Black father trust me when I tell you do not bother. read more

Anna Evans is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. I've used her for a few issues over the years and I would have no qualms in hiring her again. She is a cut above other attorneys and that she genuinely cares about the people that she works with. read more

Run away as fast as you can if Roksana Bidgoli of Evans Law Firm in Modesto, CA is the only available counsel in matters of divorce. You would be better off representing yourself unless you are looking for an attorney who will take your money to the tune of thousands of dollars and sink your case. When you submit requested paperwork on time, somehow it does not make into the court system leaving you destroyed by the judge. Communication is horrible. Her representation and passive attitude have done more damage to my case than can be expressed. If you want an attorney that will leave you absolutely frustrated and feeling as if she is on opposing counsel's payroll, retain at your own risk. read more

Best attorney in town....always helping and supporting her clients. Her staff is so friendly and profesional.

Anna is very smart. She is a well equipped lawyer who will fight for what's right. I have been her client for 6 months and she has accomplished big things for my family. She is personable and friendly. Thank you Anna! read more

Never use this attorney. All she did was ask for more money every time we talked. Never got anything done on my case. When I questioned her on it, she said basically "if you don't like it, go somewhere else or do it yourself". This is after paying over $2000. Once she gets that first payment you are screwed. You can either pay her what she wants, or waste everything you have already paid. Your choice. read more

Anna Evans was a tremendous lawyer for me in a family law case. She went above and beyond and truly cared. I would recommend her to anyone. She has great composure and professionalism and is always prepared. Wonderful office read more

Don't use this lawyer. Receiptionist is very rude. I made an appointment and cancelled it mid-call because of her attitude.
