I was facing a $ 9 million lawsuit, and Pardeep Bains was nothing short of exceptional in defending me. They built a rock - solid case, communicated clearly at every step of the way, and ultimately WON on a motion for summary judgement - getting the case dismissed before it ever reached trial. Their legal skill, strategic thinking, and calm under pressure made all the difference for my family and I during an incredibly stressful time. I can't recommend Mr. Bains and his team highly enough to anyone facing high - stakes litigation. read more

The worst expensive Lawyer we have ever hired ! He had no fight he threw in towel before it was even dry ! He will not fight for you We hired him because i seen his reviews saying he would fight for us . If i had seen at least one review saying he was the worse lawyer , we would've never hired him . So please don't waste your time or money hiring him . He had to pay to take off the bad reviews. Because all the ones i read say he's the best and he's the best . We were so disappointed he would always try to talk us out of what we hired him to do . I honestly believe he should not be in this profession. So please if there is one bad review it's because it is . He really failed our family .... I honestly would not give him No Stars!!!! But here is one so that people see why I rated him one so they can read my review and bad experience with Mr. Baines read more

Kenea and Cindy were incredibly amazing to work with and guided me through all things probate. Kenea is very polite and professional and was able to meet all our expectations. It was a long process but she made it very easy and was always available to answer any questions big or small. At the time she too herself was going through a very difficult time, but never lost track of my needs, court dates or deadlines. I highly recommend using their services as you will not be disappointed! My husband and I intend on going back to create our own trust and will. read more

I originally consulted with Kenea Bains from Bains Law Inc. over the phone due to questions I had regarding a family trust that I was the trustee over. Shortly thereafter upon the death of both of my parents, I found myself in a battle with a live-in caregiver who had taken advantage of my parent and influenced him to amend his trust. I contacted Kenea again and she was so understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable, and immediately jumped in to assist. We initiated litigation to invalidate the trust amendment and Kenea walked me step by step through the whole process. She was honest, transparent, professional, responsive, and made things so easy. She handled all of the court filings, represented me in court during Covid, served all respondents as necessary, and was ready and willing to fight for me for as long as it was going to take. When the time came to contemplate settling the case, Kenea was very upfront about the outcomes and we ultimately came to a fantastic conclusion for this matter. All through this matter I felt well cared for, listened to, and Kenea put her personal touch on this matter to ensure my rights were validated and that I had the best outcome. I would HIGHLY recommend Kenea Bains for any estate or trust matter. Her office staff including Cindy were also amazing throughout the process! read more

It was a sad time for my wife and myself after the loss of our youngest son. The Realty Company selling his Condo recommended an Attorney they have used with good results. That Attorney was Kenea Baines. Kenea was not only our Legal Representative but a true friend that comforted us during our mourning. Her assistant, Cindy, was just as helpful and understanding. The process was explained and payment would be from the Probate Account when it's closed (Another Attorney requested $2500 to open a case!) Kenea and Cindy would always answer my emails the same day and if I called Kenea was always available. Kenea was also helpful sending needed information to companies/agencies closing accounts and work records with "Legal Letterhead". Kenea and Cindy you were both a godsend to our family. Thank you so much... Definitely would highly recommend Baines Law!!! read more
