I order online from Pittsburgh. Online ordering is simple & fast. You can include a personalized note. Each arrangement has been fresh & lasted over a week or more. Delivery fee is $15. If you live locally, obviously you can pick up at the store. I add a small tip for the flower arranger too. Total was about $70 with tax & tip. I have preferred this company as opposed to larger floral shops or national companies, whose flowers did not last as long and we're not as fresh and sometimes even cost more. Will order again in March for my aunt's birthday.

It all started when I started to notice that the yellow and orange Starburst Brand Fruit Chews…read moreseemed to be more common than the strawberry and especially the cherry ones. So I wrote an email to the customer service address, askstarburst@MMMars.com. I politely asked for the percentages of flavours in the original chews. No response. I followed up periodically. At some point, I received a form response that did not address any of my concerns. When I responded, I received a terse reply telling me that "approximately" 25% of each of the flavours are represented in each package. I have asked for precise percentages, to no avail. I do not believe that the flavours of the orginal chew are represented properly. In my humble opinion, I am onto something much bigger than any of us.

My mom told me about this shop, and seeing a parking space out front I pulled in. My mom asked me…read moreto see if they had chocolate covered cherries they could box up. I entered the store and spied the proprietor/person at the counter. I gave a cheery hello and heard no reply. After a minute I spoke and began to ask about chocolate covered cherries and clear toy candy, a local traditional holiday candy. It was then I realized she was on her computer on a zoom meeting or face time call. Another customer was browsing and seemed content enough. The owner/employee paused in her communication on line and told me yes, she has cherries, yes, she can box them, no she does not carry clear toy. I told her I would be right back. I went to the car to speak to my mom, returned and she was still on the computer call, with ZERO effort made to tell the online person, look, I have customers, can I get back to you? Oh no, this conversation was just too important. While still on this call she stood up and put on plastic gloves to get the cherries for me. She didn't ask how many or anything, because she would have to stop her computer conversation. At that point I felt like the owner seemed too busy with her conversation and I felt like I was interrupting her by trying to be a customer. So I turned and left. Look, I really hate when I can't promote a small business but this is one of those times. In fairness, I didn't even try anything from the shop. My experience with the owner was enough to put me off from giving her my business. When your online communication is so important that you can't hang up to greet a customer, then please turn your sign to closed. This is a small shop so I'm sure the business can always use a new customer But sadly, it isn't me. Could have been, but I am not going to compete with your online ventures when I spend or don't spend my money.
