It was absolutely delicious from start to finish period my daughter was very surprised and thrilled saying "this is 100% better than any cake! Christmas Eve 2018 and ordered an arrangement for my sister and her husband. The grapes, strawberry's and pineapple were delish, but both kinds of melons were hard, crispy and had no taste/flavor at all. The melons made up aprox 50% of the arrangement. I was both embarrassed and disappointed in the quality of the fruit. For the price they charge, this should never be the case. I had had an arrangement, a week and a half prior, purchased for my work by a family and it was great. Thought I would give them a try.............wont do that again. read more

Ordered an arrangement for a coworker who was out sick. She happen to send me a picture of the arrangement which looked nothing like what I ordered and spent a lot of money on. I called the store and spoke to a lady who asked for the pictures. She immediately returned my call and agreed that was not at all what it should have looked like. She refunded my money and sent out another treat to make up for the mistake. Although it was an awful arrangement the customer service was beyond amazing in rectifying this. This is the third year I've used edible arrangement on Monroe ave, Rochester, ny. They were not at all flexible when I asked if they could deliver it the same day....their reply was "all the drivers are gone for the day" like they were a huge mega company of some sort. This was a Friday and mid day, approx. three miles away from the delivery address yet the lady on the phone remained iron rod inflexible. I'm going to call them "Inflexible Arrangements" from now on. The arrangement was for my Dad's 96th Birthday and I was in Phoenix and he's in Rochester so I went ahead and ordered the arrangement to save myself any further aggravation. "Monday (I said politely) would be fine for delivery." Thought I'd let them have their way this time....... I called Edible when they opened at 9:00am to order an arrangement to be delivered to my daughter's work today. The employee says, 'I'm sorry, the driver already left with all the deliveries.' Before they opened-- see what they did there? So, I ask, 'What time can you deliver today?' She said 'between 5 and 6 tonight.' I said "are you crazy? Everyone will be going home!" Then, here it comes... Wait for it.... 'Well, sir that's why it's best not to wait till the last minute.' I said "My daughter works less than a half mile from your store. Could you deliver it?" Oh, no - that's not possible. "Can I pay an expedite fee to get it delivered sooner?" No. Is there anything you can do to help? You must deal with this all the time in your business, right? Well, sir we don't really guarantee a delivery time. If you read the information online on our website, you would know that already. Terrible, terrible business practices. I don't care what it says on the website... I can't be the only one who is planning 'last minute' to deliver some goodies to a family member on their birthday. Next time when I do think in advance, I'm going across the street to Wegmans, who was kind enough to offer to hand-deliver a sheet cake to my daughter's work themselves. I called at 9:15. The worst customer service ever!!!! My card was charged for an amount that they couldn't figure out nor find it in their system. Yet my bank account was charged. I had to get the bank on the line to confirm because the store manager name LINDA insinuated that I did not make that purchase there and she was refusing to apologize for their employees mistake for charging my card incorrectly. She continue to have an attitude saying she will not credit my account because she doesn't know nor see the charge in her end. I was very upset. She walked away to leave her employees to deal with it. There is an employee name Shea ?? Who was the best in handling and diffusing the situation. She got Rich who was above LINDA and bank spoke to him and confirm my card was charged. He apologized but in the same breath said she was stressed which I continue to say that is no excuse. He agreed. He then gave me the two boxes.. to Rich, please find a new store manager, for your revenue sake!! She is the worse. This is the store located on Monroe Ave. Rochester NY. Horrible!!! Go to the Greece location. I ordered two boxes yesterday and was in and out with no problem. read more
