I gave Edible Arrangements another chance after years of not ordering, and I regret it 1000% ordering from Edible Arrangements in Pleasanton!! Wished that I could give -000 stars you guys don't deserve a star at all!!!! This was for our anniversary, which makes it even more disappointing. I was specifically promised fresh, ripe, sweet fruit. What arrived was the complete opposite. The fruit was not edible. My husband tried the cantaloupe and honeydew, both terrible. Then he noticed the pineapple was white, hard, and clearly unripe. Too late now to reorder from elsewhere. Thanks for ruining my special surprise! It's unacceptable to send this out as a quality gift product, especially for special occasions people trust you with. Our anniversary deserved better. Also they're not answering the phone either. I called over 10x's and left 3 voice messages read more

We sent a sympathy arrangement to our friend. How disappointing was it when she sent a thank you photo?!? Wilted flowers and the edible part of the arrangement looks like it's close to being inedible. And it was $120! I wouldn't even spend $20 on this. I am embarrassed this is what we sent. We ordered it through the Edible Arrangement website and it was routed to the Pleasanton store. If we had seen the Yelp reviews beforehand, we definitely would have reconsidered the vendor. read more

I'm very upset with this Edible Arrangements store in Pleasanton because no one answers the phone or responds to the voicemails I've left. I live in Palm Desert and I wanted to order chocolate covered strawberries to be shipped to my sister in Livermore for her 60th birthday today but this has been a huge disappointment. If this location isn't out of business... then they should be because their customer service sucks!!!!! PS... they don't deserve any stars... But in order to be able to post my review I had to choose 1 read more

Seriously, fuck this place. I ordered an arrangement for my wife a few days ago and for it to be delivered today, and it didn't arrive. I didn't get any kind of heads up. When I try calling customer service, no one answers. And to top it all off, my refund/order cancellation isn't guaranteed. Fuck you, Edible Arrangements. Love, Mike read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Edible Arrangements. I placed an order for pickup at 6:00 PM yesterday. The store's posted closing time is 7:00 PM, so I arrived early at 5:30 PM only to find the establishment completely closed. I immediately contacted customer service and was told the employee had to leave due to an emergency. While emergencies happen and that's understandable, what is not acceptable is the complete lack of communication and resolution afterward. I asked if someone could go to the store to fulfill my order or if I could receive a refund. The representative assured me that the manager would contact me shortly. No one ever reached out. So I was left without my order, without any follow-up, and without a refund. That is extremely poor customer service. If a store closes unexpectedly, there should be a clear plan in place to contact customers with pending orders and resolve the issue immediately. I will now have to go back to the store myself just to try to get my refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be disputing the charge with my bank and escalating the matter further. I simply expect the refund for an order that was never fulfilled. read more

Edible Arrangements was CLUTCH ok! I was in the city handling business and I got the impulse to do something nice for a family member. I knew there was a location out here so I pulled up. I wanted a fruit bouquet but I wasn't sure if they made them same day and last minute. I expected to settle for a small box of dipped fruit, which are also delicious but I wanted to be fancy. Jessica was doll! She was super friendly, personable and accommodating. They had fruit bouquets already assembled and pick up ready!!!! It made my day! Made me feel even better about doing something nice for someone. Stop on by if you want a nice treat! read more

Do not order from this location, the fruits were rotten upon delivery. This is actually the second time that this happened, I will no longer order edible arrangement ever again. I'm currently trying to get a refund for the inedible spoiled fruits. read more

I purchased a 3 part arrangement for Valentine's Day which included a balloon which they failed to deliver. I contacted them immediately after delivery to notify them of the error. The young man who answered the phone checked with someone and said they would refund my credit card which was reasonable since it was already late in the day. He also stated the refund would appear in 3 days and they would email me a confirmation. Ten days have passed and still no refund nor confirmation or communication. During that time, I also attempted to call the location multiple times (business was open) and it went straight to voicemail. Left a message and sent an email both of which remain unanswered. I had to dispute the missing refund with my credit card company who refunded me immediately. That's excellent customer service! Given the price one pays for these arrangements, their customer service lacks and I wouldn't order from this location again. read more

READ THE REVIEWS - Store 823 - WORST SERVICE I have ever received. The arrangement was $127.82 and this establishment cannot take the time to answer customers calls or inquiries, or fulfill the order. Ordered (05/27/2025) a large birthday bouquet with balloons for my husband to deliver on 05/28/2025. I called when the store opened, they stated their delivery driver starts work at 11:30am and the arrangement would be in route at that time, soft eta 1pm. The arrangement still hadn't shown out for delivery by 1:15pm, between 12:30pm - 2pm I called the store 10 times since the bouquet wasn't showing shipped yet, NO ANSWER. I sent a request for cancellation, the location has 48 hours to respond, nobody will answer the phone, no option to reach out to corporate - THERE ISNT ONE, these stores are franchised. You do not receive any support if the store isn't responsive, based on the reviews, this store doesn't put a focus on customer service, or customer satisfaction. NOTE: I did not choose this location, when I ordered online, it chose the closest location, which happened to be this one. 2:10pm and the order shows out for delivery, no response from the store by phone or email in regards to cancelling the order. 2:30pm - Edible Arrangements called my husband at to tell him they won't be there in time. So not only did they miss the delivery, instead of returning my calls, they called him to tell him he wouldn't be receiving the delivery today, that he was unaware he was getting. They called him from the same number I've been calling all day that they won't answer. 3.21pm- 4 stops away 4:47pm - 4 stops away 4:57pm - Received an email that the arrangement was delivered - it wasn't. 6:22pm - Driver is 4 stops away Complete sh@t show - Unprofessional, worst customer experience I've ever had. read more

This store is great and the customer service is top notch! I used the website to order a next-day delivery to San Ramon and the check out process was very easy. After a few hours I realized that I had forgotten to leave a note on the gift, from whom it was. I called the store and asked them to leave a note as well as deliver it as close to their closing time as possible, and they did both things. The fruits were delicious and generously covered with chocolate. The person receiving the gift was very surprised and happy, and said that this is a unique gift. I will be ordering from them again when needed. The only thing I was not expecting is that the gift was not wrapped in an additional box for safety measurements but it also makes sense: if it is the person the gift is intended for that opens the door, the packaging reveals the gift read more

I ordered a delivery to my mother in law for Mother's Day yesterday. I was quite excited as chocolate covered strawberries are one of her favorite deserts. I was saddened when my husband informed me that one of the strawberries had mold growing on it. As my efforts to send my love were ruined. I called the establishment immediately after my husband told me that and to my surprise no answer. I tried again 5 minutes ago as I need to be issued a full refund and to my surprise once again during business hours No call. Not only was that a biohazard, once mold grows it's also contaminated the other strawberries, with no present indication of it growing. My children ate those strawberries!! And saw afterwards one of them was contaminated. I would love for the representative of this establishment to explain themselves, and like a good business issue me a refund for my troubles. read more

We are NOT giving this store a star at all!! DISGUSTING!! After supposed to have been delivered YESTERDAY, and no updates during tracking and NOONE answering the phone at the store for two days, this disgusting MESS was finally delivered after 7pm on Mother's Day. I'm guessing we will get NOWHERE with this store, and will be trying to call AGAIN tomorrow. I expect a FULL REFUND AND will be contacting their corporate. I hope everyone checks these reviews before ordering from this location. The man that delivered didn't speak any English and so there was NO trying to communicate about this incident. Horrible!! Don't order at this location! I should've learned my lesson the first time but because this was a random thought of kindness the first time I ordered for Delivery and it wasn't for a special occasion I let it go. They delivered 2 days late and added a small box of peppered cashews wow thanks. This time it was my husbands birthday and I ordered for a specific date before 12 noon and nothing came. I called no answer of course and I left a message to make sure someone would be able to deliver it in a timely manner and nothing! I'm so upset I really dislike edible arrangements. It's happened at another location but I figured it was due to it being Mother's Day and valentines days but o they're just horrible , we need to find something else they are not reliable when it comes to delivery, either pick up your order or order elsewhere if you don't want to be disappointed because they'll make sure you are left upset every time! read more

First off, let me just say this was the second time I tried them and they failed me again last year. I ordered something for my wife to have delivered. It never got there then today. I ordered it again a year later and I made it very clear with them when I ordered last week to have it delivered today that they had messed up last year and that I was hoping to give them a try again because my wife loves edible arrangements and they drop the ball again. They don't answer their phones they charged me $150 And no delivery now I can't get a hold of them because I don't work in that city to stop by so it looks like I'm out another $150 I would never ever use the store ever again. I can't get through to them. It's just a hassle. read more

I was going to hold back to write this review as I have no intention to get money back or any compensation. In the past I had ordered many edible arrangements for others. I got one for Vday this year from my hubby. Upon receiving, I wasn't too excited as it didn't look fresh or appetizing. It was moist aka wet on the bottom. I took it home to share and eat it the same night. I started to peel off all the chocolate and only to find out the strawberries are not fresh. I had to throw away all the chocolate covered strawberries as they were soggy. I didn't complain a bit to my hubby. Overall it was the thought that counts but definitely not worth the money or quality. I hate to say this even the basket is cheap plastic as it used to be ceramic/reusable vase. read more

My recipient said the fruit bouquet was beautifully arranged. One problem, it was delivered warm and chocolate covered strawberries were melting. They had to take it all apart and refrigerate it right away. I called the store the next day to let them know and asked them to call me but never called me back. It wasn't a Uber that delivered but their own delivery vehicle. It is unacceptable and they should be embarrassed to deliver fresh cut fruit warm. What a waste. Will not use them again. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order for my grandfathers birthday, this is his first birthday in his new home since my grandmother passed. My order said that it would be delivered on December 19th by 7pm, which is his birthday. I called the Pleasanton location all day (probably at least 20 times and left a voicemail for them to return my call) to ensure that this was being delivered on time and no one answered or returned my call. The following day, I called the store and reached an associate (a young lady) who tried to help me, but could not even find my order. She then told me, after being on the phone with me for 25 minutes trying to find my order, that her driver needed a gate code or is having an issue with security. I let her know that there was no gate or security, my grandfather lived in a regular neighborhood. I then asked her how the driver was going to deliver my order when she couldn't even find what my order was. She said, "you have chocolate covered strawberries right?" I said, "no". She said, "oh yours is the one going to Dublin right?" I said, "no". She then said, "ok, I found it, my driver will be there in 20 minutes". I asked again how her driver would deliver my order if she didn't know what my order was. She went quiet. I then asked to speak with a manager and she hung up on me. I attempted to call back and no one answered. I then attempted to contact the customer service number and I got hung up on there too before even reaching an operator. This is ridiculous and has been a terrible experience. I will not only not recommend any edible arrangements to anyone, but I will steer everyone I know away from any locations, especially this one. I have attempted to order edible arrangements before and my order wasn't delivered on time, then too. I should have known. Save your money and time and door dash something - that's what I should have done. Now his birthday has passed and I'm stuck with that, and being a day late. Terrible service, terrible time-management, terrible business. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! I have never had problems with Edible Arranngements until I had to use this store to deliver a gift basket in Livermore. I ordered it 18 days in advance on Oct. 6th and never showed up for the Birthday on Oct. 19th . Been calling for 2 days and no one answers. My basket Finally sent, however, it wasn't what I paid for. The recipients sent me a picture of it and its not at all what waa pictured on the website!! Tried to call them again to ask about the mix up and still no one answered me. Luckily, I got Corporates number and called to make a complaint about this location. After 20 minutes on hold, apparently they finally got ahold of the store and they said they would send some chocolate strawberries to the recipient. I paid almost $100 for nothing I ordered, and it came 2 days after the date I selected (only after I filed a complaint). I will forever only use the Fremont location for Edible Arrangement orders. They rock!! This location's customer service is horrible! I hope corporate fixes these issues and trains their employees better or does a full rehire to get this location up to par!! read more
