Not sure why so many 1 stars here cause I got my order just as expected and on time just this past week. There were 2 workers there when I got there and the strawberries and everything were dipped well and I was happy with the results of what I paid for. 3/5 cause I asked on the online purchase to have the order walked out to my car and had to go inside. Have a knee injury that has me using a walker so having to walk inside wasn't ideal. Also the store itself is very empty of products and they could do better with appearance. Overall though I did get my order on time and as purchased so 3/5 overall. read more

Sour fruit and for $24 you'd think they would fully cover 3 of the strawberries with chocolate instead of doing it half way. Super disappointing because I got this as a gift. read more

The only reason I put one star is cuz I had to! This place is terrible! I spent over $100 and they were late as hell on the delivery, the flowers were dead and I am extremely disappointed. They absolutely ruined the day I had planned! And when I called to check the guy was rude AF! I will never order from here again and if your thinking about it, DON'T! This place sucks a$$! Trust me! They blew the fuck out their tip! I was going to tip the driver when he came instead of adding it to my order to ensure he gets it but that was out when he was late af and gave dead ass flowers and rotten strawberries! I want my money back! Yall need to do Better! read more

Awful customer service! I really should've read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered on a Monday for a friend whose father passed away. Delivery couldn't be made till Tuesday. By Tuesday after 4 I got a call saying they couldn't deliver that day and they wanted to deliver on Wednesday I explained that my friend had been waiting all day for her delivery. I asked for her manager to call me back. (We live in a rural community and her house is gated so she had to be home.) The manager never called and when I called back at 7 there was no answer so I left a message. Later that night I sent an email and asked the manager to call me. The next morning I canceled my order online. I called the store ALL MORNING and ALL Day. I received a call at 1:00 from the deliver driver saying he was at the location and I explained to him that I canceled my order and asked him to have the manager to please call me. I finally got a hold of the store on Wednesday evening at 6:30. I asked to speak with the manager and the girl said the manager won't be there till Monday and I told her that I canceled the order and wanted a refund. She said she couldn't give me a refund because they tried to deliver. So upsetting! Needless to say I had to call my bank and dispute the charge! Such a pain. I've yet to hear from them. Please save yourself the headache, time and effort and do not order from this location. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more

It was my daughter-in-law's birthday. I found out at 4p that she was home, and immediately called. I ordered chocolate strawberries, and a large arrangement. This store had it to my kids in 45 min! Super polite, and great service! read more

Absolutely THE WORST place to ever go. Chocolate covered strawberries were MUSHY and smelt HORRIBLE. They were 100% bad. $65 spent on that and they didn't want to refund me. I got cookies too, or should i say concrete discs because of how incredibly hard they were. Didnt get refunded for that either. $100 gone to waste because "we dont do money back" what a joke. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY read more

I ordered an arrangement and flowers to be delivered for a funeral. I ordered directly through the edible arrangements website and was directed to the store. I received a notification it was delivered as promised. It never was delivered, trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth. I was told the address is out of their delivery area. Why didn't they kick the order back? I called customer service through the corporate office, but the store will not return their calls. read more

Attention management, Your drivers are extremely dangerous while driving. Today on Avenue S all the way to 47th street your driver was weaving in and out of traffic. Cut me off 2 times while I have both my toddlers in the vehicle. I don't know if you monitor drivers but they're dangerous, speed, and cut everyone off. It's only fruit. Your drivers need to respect the rules of the road and to cut me off 2 times with my children in the vehicle! Come on. You need to check your drivers! They're going to cause an accident one of these days or worse! read more

I placed a pick up order for 10:30am and upon arrival the doors we're locked and lights were off as if they we're closed. Maps says they're open, their website says they're open. Terrible location, rude worker, trash service. won't last another few months. read more

My Daughter bought me an edible Arrangement for my Birthday this past Sunday and when we opened it to consume the fruit we discovered a moldy strawberry and several pieces of cantaloupe & honeydew that were rotten. Now the person who put this Arrangement together had to of known the Honeydew and cantaloupe were no good... it had a smell and it was soggy soft not firm like cantaloupe and honeydew should be.. I'm talking wimpy soft. Anyone that works with fruit should know better and if they don't I suggest you get rid of them before you have a lawsuit! I usually use this actual place for my Edible Arrangements that I order and I'm very disappointed to see this. I love Edible Arrangements and I would hate to see them go out of business because of a lazy person that don't want to do their job. read more

If you can possibly go to another location , please do. It'll save you a lot of time and also the rude customer service . I tried calling to order chocolate covered strawberries, to see if I have to order days before or what their policy was. They said come on in and we'll have them done for you in 5 mins. I come in, to an empty store and am told I'll have to wait 30min+, and I told her I called and they said they would be no more than 5 mins and she said oh they're probably doing something back there. okay... Why would they let this leave out their door? No effort and looks rushed. Im embarrassed cause I had this delivered to someone. Cleary does not look like anything that cost $60. Either retrain your employees or hire more/ better (sorry to say) employees. Edible near me holds a higher standard than whatever this is. To whoever runs this establishment, I suggest you implement that level of calibre. Delivery was great but that maybe because what they are delivering looks like this. Ps to whoever makes these. You may need to melt the chocolate better and don't dunk the strawberry onto your sprinkle. Lightly drop your sprinkle onto the strawberry before the chocolate hardens. read more

I placed an order online for my mom online on TUESDAY May 7th. Today is Mother's Day and as I type this it is 4:30pm and I have been attempting to see where my mother deliver is since 1:45pm. I have checked using the automated system multiple times and have attempted to speak to a "team member" multiple times but have been hung up on without hearing a single humans voice. I'm not even in the same area or else I would have NEVER ordered something I can just deliver myself. But because she is so far I put my trust in this company and I can guarantee I will NEVER make that mistake again. read more

I ordered a Happy Birthday Platter for my wife's birthday. I was severely disappointed. The arrangement was very sloppily put together. The 3 pineapple cakes in the middle were stacked together making lighting their candles very difficult. The chocolate covered apple slices were no where to be found on the platter. The chocolate seemed almost poured on instead of dipped. This may have been partially due to the platter not being kept cool during the 1 1/2 hour delivery time from store to home. Also, possibly from sitting a warm car for too long, the chocolate was very gritty and the strawberries looked a little old. It was not a pleasant treat. Definitely not worth the $60 price tag. For a place that emphasizes design, this was a very poor example of their art work. I cannot recommend this place. read more

Valentine's Day delivery was made at 9:45p.m although my daughter said she was notified that it was delivered at 2:30 in the afternoon! The items delivered were disgusting! The strawberries were oozing liquid already and did not taste good at all! I had to throw the box away! They said their drliveries are made in their refrigerator vehicle..... no it was not! That's probably why they were spoiled! Never again will we use them! I asked for my daughters $ be returned but they wouldn't! read more

I should have looked at reviews first. This location sucks. I placed an order on Valentine's Day and had to pay extra for same day delivery. Order was attempted to be delivered at 8pm. Too late. This place is horrible. I love in Nevada my mom suffered a horrible accident in California and I just wanted to out a smile in her face. She was home and the arrangement was just left at the door. She didn't get it until I text her and hour and a half later asking if she got her delivery. Very disappointed with the service. Please do not come to this location I placed an order on Father's Day to be ready by 1130, arrived at 12 order not ready advised order wouldn't be ready until 2 o'clock. I wait with my dog at Petco until 2 o'clock to a sign on the door that they were closed for the day. I then wait another 15 minutes and finally a store representative runs outside with my berries thank God. Then a few weeks pass I placed another order for milk, chocolate berries, and received white chocolate berries. I went back in on Saturday to pick up milk chocolate berries, and the order was to be ready by 2 o'clock once again no staff was in the building no sign on the door. Nothing at all. I left multiple voicemails and waited for another hour and a half until 330 and no one arrived, I called the store to receive a refund and was told that the manager has been out sick for the last week and a half and that they cannot do anything. Never ordering again. Placed an order to the palmdale ,CA #780 location on Jan 24, to make sure I would get a delivery for my boyfriend who's on a work project for valentines day. I called a few days later to make sure that it was all set up, because I know that Valentines day is a busy day. I was told there would be no problem because it was a smaller order and that it would 100% be delivered. I was also not told that some of the medalions of my order were sold out until I called. The lady who picked up even said "no one called you about this order?". Which should've been my first red flag. Fast forward to valentines day. My order never arrives. My boyfriend had to stay the entire night at home waiting for it and when I called multiple times to get an update no one picked up. I then called Feb 15, wondering about my order and was told that they didnt get to it because it was busy and they were only doing custom orders? Why was I not notified that it wouldnt be delivered. And why, if I placed my order weeks ago, was mine not a priority? I then asked if it could be made fresh and delivered that same day instead. And was told that they guarantee that it would be delivered that day before 9pm. And would get on it right away. Once again. No update, no one picking up the phone, and no delivery. Around 4pm my tracking updated that it was out for delivery, FINALLY, and yet he never got it, and no tracking update. Again, waited all night for this, and nothing. I understand COVID has a lot of understaffed companies, but the LEAST they could've done is let me know if wasnt going to be delivered that day... Still waiting for a refund... read more

Made an order one February 11th for February 14th delivery. Even paid an extra $14.99 for Valentine's Day delivery. Tracked the order all day and it said "still arranging" at 7pm I sent the a message to cancel the order. The store closed at 7pm so why is my order still being arranged. Also, who wants to receive a valentines order at the end of the day! Makes it seems like it was a last min. "Oops" I forgot to get you something. I never heard back from the cancellation request. I called serval times with no answer. At 9:30pm they sent an email saying it was delivered. If I could give less stars, I would. It's Mother's Day and there's a virus. I know that affects operations. But... They weren't ready. A long line, disorganization, and side hookups to those the staff felt worthy of jumping the line is just a no for me. I waited in line in the heat for 90 minutes. No shade, no ada accommodation, no social distancing enforcement, just chaos. The manager was unhelpful, no answer on the 800 number, and ultimately, no arrangement. Never, ever, ever again. I'll cut my own fruit, coupon be damned. read more

Made order on the 13th for the 14th. Understandable. Called the next day to get a better timeframe, asked if they would just leave it at the front door, they said yes. Next day came around, no delivery was attached because I checked the cameras, I know. Called the next day 16th, asked for a refund; they refused to give me a refund and said I should instead make sure I'm home every single day until the delivery happens, or pick them up; service was great 2 yrs ago. read more

If you were thinking about ordering something from Edible Arrangements for someone special, please don't. I ordered something for my mom and mother-in-law for Mother's Day. MIL got her order (wasn't correct by the way) and my mom never got hers. I spent $180, and one person got something I didn't order and the other didn't get anything at all. The next day, which is today, I've tried calling about 10 times since 10am. Not able to leave voicemail, nobody is answering the phones, and the Twitter account is also not responding. I placed my order with this location before I read all the bad reviews & I read the bad reviews as I waited for my friend to receive her birthday arrangement the very next day Feb 28th. Naturally, I got really concerned about my order after that and I called to make sure it would get delivered on time. The guy that answered was friendly, he said my order was next in line to be made & assured me my friend would get her gift that same day.. Well, she did and she was very happy with it. I asked her to send me a picture to make sure she received everything I paid for & she did. I then told her to let me know if she had any issues with the quality of the edibles. She said everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you for getting my order right and helping me put a smile on my friend during these crazy times. read more
