I spoke on the phone with Linda m, she was very friendly and apologetic for our experience. She assured me this was not typical and insisted on sending a new floral arrangement. They delivered the new arrangement within a couple hours of our phone conversation it was beautiful! I had decided we would not longer purchase flowers from Walter knoll but after experiencing the excellent customer service we will consider using them in the future as they obviously stand behind the quality of their product.
