We placed the order the night before the requested delivery date, but they also do same day delivery. Overall, very easy and reliable ordering and delivery process - the order arrived within daytime hours on Saturday and we had nothing to worry about. On the order form you can indicate delivery instructions - if the recipient is not home to accept the delivery the florist will try to leave the bouquet with a neighbor unless instructed not to. The actual bouquet looked even BETTER than the picture! Also, I believe Hi Way Florist has one of the LOWEST delivery fees among St. Louis florists. Advice for non-US cardholders: you will need a US credit card with a US billing address to place an online order. This seems to be common for most florists in St. Louis except for Walter Knoll, if I'm remembering correctly? Call the florist in advance to find out if you can use a Canadian billing address for payment to save the hassle of filling out the entire ordering form for nothing.

The flowers were delivered but they missed the second arrangement for the podium. My dad was already upset considering the event so I tried to call the florist to inquire. It was a Sunday and the shop was closed. We had to display a different arrangement that was sent by family friends but it didn't match what we ordered. In general, the flowers arrangements were pretty but the quality of flowers were just ok and they weren't as full as expected. We also noticed some were already brown on the edges at the wake-day of delivery. I feel like they didn't use the freshest flowers. The arrangement on the tripod was much smaller than displayed in the photo book and had lots of welted flowers. We also paid $215 for that arrangement and it wasn't nearly as full as the picture in the book they showed us. Overall, disappointed. I did reach out on Monday and the shop employee was apologetic and issued a partial refund to my dad for the missing arrangement. Not happy that we had to reach out, instead of the shop, to inquire about our missing flower order. Not sure if adding to the order caused confusion. Wasn't given any type of reason but also didn't care by that point.

I live in New York, and she lives in St. Louis. Since she was at work in Bridgeton, I yelped florists in that area, and K&V popped up. I wanted to order online, but right before I placed my order, I figured I should call to make sure they would deliver the flowers before 4pm. I'm so glad I called - the woman in the shop told me that they were wiped out from Valentine's Day, and that they didn't have the arrangement I was going to order anyway. She walked me through what they did have, what looked good, what she could make in terms of color groupings, and what was in my price range (she picked arrangements that were the same price as the one I was going to order). I settled on 10 white tulips in a purple vase, and she still had me place the order online for ease of payment. Within three hours the flowers had been delivered, and my friend loved them! They were beautiful flowers, beautifully presented. Based on my experience, I highly recommend that you work with K&V if you're looking for a florist in St. Louis/West County areas.
