Fruit bouquet was ok. Things were moved around and display was not as nice as I expected. The flowers were the biggest disappointment. Probably cost at least $20 less than what I paid. There were a ton of fees charged on the delivery as well. This company used to provide the highest quality. I'm sad to see the decline. read more

My girlfriend placed a Mother's Day order for my mother through this Edible Arrangements location. After an alleged "missed delivery," we made multiple attempts to have the order rescheduled. The manager, Sheri, initially claimed no one was home to receive the package, then insisted it had in fact been delivered. No package ever arrived. When I asked for photo proof of delivery, Sheri refused to provide any evidence, denied any form of refund, and hung up on me. When I called back, she hung up on me again. At this point, our only recourse is to dispute the charge with our bank. I never, ever leave reviews. Check my account history. But this customer service was laughably the worst I have ever experienced. (Sheri also blurted out that she doesn't care if I leave a complaint, so... I received permission) I leave this review in the hope that future customers, and anyone at Edible Arrangements who may read this, take note. Dearly hope this dissuades future Arizona customers from purchasing here. If you don't take it from me, take it from the other horrible reviews. read more

I have had great experiences with Edible Arrangements. This last time my order was not delivered by the Mesa, AZ store. The recipient was home for the delivery but never received the arrangement. When the store and the company was contacted, I was just told that the arrangement was delivered. They did not provide proof and did not try to make it right. They stole my money. It's definitely good to have the app and an idea of what you want to order prior to placing the order. I was able to ask for white chocolate and milk chocolate on the strawberries (thanks). There's nothing pre made or in a case to pick up. ( which is what I had expected) Glad I ordered a few days ahead. Well the day of pick up they send you a email once it's ready . That's awesome. A couple things not cool were, no printed receipt and it was definitely not worth the $55 spent for the platter I ordered. I went directly to the store as I like to support local stores rather than order on line. When I arrived the young lady at the register was very kind and helpful especially helping me visualize the potential arrangements I could send my client. Then a lady came out from the back area, was rude and said I couldn't visualize the computer screen (of my order!!) by coming around the counter. I then asked if the screen could be turned around so I could see it which she replied "NO". I had asked to see the note I was including with the order which was an apology. She said they could only read it back to me. I explained it is so much easier to "visualize" it but she refused. I feel if I am doing $100 worth of business with your company you can be more customer friendly. read more

I wish I could give zero stars, this is simply the worst store I have ever ordered from. I was very embarrassed to have sent this arrangement to my mother for her birthday. I spent $125.00 on this arrangement and not only did it show up looking like a child made it, it was in a different container than advertised, the fruit looked nothing like picture and it did not contain what I ordered. After contacting the store, I received the runaround from one of the employees who apparently was the middle man between myself and the manager. I demanded to speak to the manager and she called me back. She was worse than the employee, told me she actually approved the arrangement before it was sent out and then hung up on me when I asked her for the corporate number. My awesome coworkers ordered me an edible arrangement after a death. I was surprised when I got a message from the edible arrangement driver that they had an order for me. Unfortunately, they had the incorrect address. He said it was no problem and they would transfer it to another store and it would be delivered the next day. I waited all day and nothing. I reached out to the driver and got crickets. I called the other store and they never received a transfer from another store. Come to find out they ended up canceling the order without saying anything and I never got my arrangement. I am super disappointed in this location (and the company) someone really dropped the ball. This review is specifically for customer service. Superb phone customer service: I was having difficulty with codes and containers for my choice of gift, as well as finding serving amounts for each size of bouquet, via the app, so I ended up calling the store direct. There was no wait time, and I received fantastic, friendly and professional service from the Mesa store - Kate was cheerful and interested in helping me, she was super patient and super efficient at the same time. This has been the absolute worse experince of my life. Ordered chocolate covered fruit to be delivered to my mother in law for her bday. When she got the fruit, it was old rotted fruit, she sent me pictures. It was awful. Left the manger at this store an email and he called me back right away, apologized and asked if I'd like for them to resend the order. I said yes, but it will need to be for the following Tuesday when my mother in law is back in town. Tuesday rolls around, and my mother in law let's me know she never got an order. Called the store and the manager wasn't there. Ashley, an employee there, let me know he will be in tomorrow though and will leave him a note to call me back. Waited all day Wednesday and never got a call back. Called Thursday, Ashley answered and said he wasn't there today. She called another location to have that manager help her, help me get a refund. She said if the refund isn't on my card by the next day, Friday, to call back. Today is Friday and no refund. Called the store again and what do you know, the manger called out SHOCKER. A lady named Martina who was the least helpful employee I've ever encountered basically told me there's nothing she can do. She tried transferring me to a manger at a different location and they never picked up. HOW HARD IS IT TO GET A REFUND AND GOOD EMPLOYEE SERVICE? This store location is garbage and the manger shouldn't be a manger since he's clearly incapable of helping or even showing up to work. Still waiting on my refund or for someone to call me back. Kudos to the young lady working here. We had a fruit edible delivered to my home but no one was there. Called to have it delivered the next day. My husband called to see when it would be delivered because he had been waiting for it. He was told there was no record of a delivery to our house but we could pick it up the next day. I was pretty upset because chocolate covered fruit does not last long. When we went to get it on the third day, the young lady at the front told us she had redone the order with all fresh fruit. Who doesn't like a pretty fruit basket? I've never had an issue when I've ordered online from this location. There are often special promotions running so ordering online has been really helpful to price things out. An order can get expensive pretty quick with the various available add-ons and upgrades so it is nice to see the different options. The delivery people from this store have been super nice and very accommodating each time we've used them. Walk-ins can be a bit amiss since rarely has there been an employee up front (they have been in the back when I've stopped in the store). Overall giving an Edible Arrangement is nice change if you want to send/give something to say you care that isn't flowers. read more

Went in today with the hubby to get an arrangement for our anniversary.. The girl behind the counter was very soft spoken and somewhat clueless to what the store offered.. Every question my husband asked was was answered with "uh you have to do that online" ok so you dont have pricing? You are going to sell us products and make a product for us without knowing how to charge or make it? She told us the arrangement my husband wanted would take 30 minutes to make but came back out from the back in 5min.. We also ordered a fruit cone. Now on their wall they have a poster saying if you buy a fruit cone or smoothie you get a free one.. It doesn't have a time or day as a restriction for it.. we asked her about it and was met with "that's not available.. it's only Monday thru Friday between 2pm and 4pm" she said a bit sarcastically.. So I told her "well we are asking since you have a poster advertisement for it outside and in here.. And it doesn't say it is only between certain times." My question was met with silence as she just went in the back to get the rest of my order.. She came out and gave me our "cone" which was very over filled (the only good thing) in a plastic cup with no lid.. As me and my husband started gathering our products to leave the strawberries fell out of my cup and onto the floor.. Not once did this associate ask us if we needed a lid or offered after I clearly made a statement about not having a lid and if they provided them.. Not once did this associate apologize for them being on the floor or offered to replace them.. she just stood there watching us pick up the strawberries on the floor and throw half of them in the trash.. I even said "Gee I guess we just paid full price for half of our product." She just stood there and said "Next" to the next person in line.. Mind you it was only us and him in the store.. I went here today to pick up a last minute Mother's Day gift and luckily they had several dipped strawberry options. I remembered I had a 20% off Mother's Day coupon in my email so I logged in to have it ready at check out. The cashier looked at the coupon and couldn't get it to process so I figured it was an online only coupon and decided to order online and select "pick up" at the location I was already at. The coupon wouldn't work for my online order either. At this point I asked the cashier if there was anyone available to perform an override and she went to the back to ask her manager. The cashier came right back out and said "my manager said we can't perform overrides due to the holiday" you mean Mother's Day? You can't accept a Mother's Day coupon that was sent out not even 24 hours ago because of the holiday, Mother's Day!? That doesn't make any sense, which is what I told the cashier and she nervously shrugged her shoulders. I understand it's not her fault but come on- who wouldn't perform an override on something that is clearly an error and upsetting the consumer. This location absolutely SUCKS! To start off my husband ordered me like a $95 arrangement to be delivered by noon on a Thursday. Come noon it had not been delivered, so he called and told them to not deliver it until the next day. They confirmed it would be rescheduled. Well come 5:45 on Thursday they are calling my husband upset because they were trying to deliver and I wasn't there. (He was having it sent to my job and I leave at 2). So even though he called and confirmed that they would reschedule they tried delivering it almost 6 hours late. So he had to go pick it up Friday morning. When we got it half of the strawberries were already mushy, not even 2 days later all strawberries were completely covered in mold. Then they had the nerve to still try and charge my husband the outrageous delivery fee because they had "tried to deliver" even though the attempt was 100% their fault.
