My daughter in Seattle sent me flowers and chocolate strawberries this morning (7/8/2026) from Edible. To my surprise, I received a flower arrangement with most dead and dying roses. Additionally, 3 of the 6 strawberries are not ripe. I have left 2 voicemails with them, no one has returned my calls. (A dozen or so phone calls and voicemails for 2 days now and no one answers or responds to me) I then called the corporate office of Edible. My daughter used DoorDash to make the order. To my surprise (disgust?), corporate informed me that Edible is not responsible for the refund and any refund would have to be from DoorDash!! (So, apparently any business that has DoorDash to make their deliveries has no responsibility for their shitty products that are delivered.) And, to make it worse, DoorDash initially declined to refund my daughter's money to her. DoorDash eventually offered her a partial refund. I would order from this location EVER. First off, upon entering there was a horrendous smell, as if something had spoiled. Secondly, they don't have anything in store to purchase. Lastly, the one and only lady in the store was in the back (no customer service skills whatsoever)! I've seen the commercials for Edible Arrangements and was waiting for an appropriate time to order something from them. Loved one was in the hospital, a couple family members wanted me to pick something up for her, so I suggested we all go in on an Edible Arrangement. You can't just go in a pick something up, like you sometimes can with a florist. You have to order it ahead of time. Fortunately, I was able to order and pick up in about an hour. It was fantastically speedy. After a touch of confusion about the timing of the order, I arrived just before closing time. I was greeted by a very jovial, kind of hilarious dude. He commented on my shirt (my Flight of the Conchords concert t) and questioned me about my name. He was highly amused by my saying that, "my name is American Indian, but I'm about as white as they come." I'd paid on the phone earlier, so the transaction was pretty effortless and the guy helped me carry it out to the car. It was beautiful (posting a picture here) and HUGE, but kind of spendy. Hence the four instead of five stars. I think my loved one may have been the hospital nurses favorite patient because of the tasty, beautiful fruit in which they got to indulge! read more

Will use no more, last year I played to have an arrangement for my daughter, was to be delivered for Valentine's day never arrived, they did not bother to call me or my daughter, so I called talked to the manager he apologized and told me he would make sure they would deliver it the following morning, never did, never got my no st back, than again this year stupid of me I ordered an arrangement for my wife, was never delivered on time got it around 8 pm, chocolate on strawberries was melting, chocolate all over on plastic rap. It was ugly, nasty, not worth the 140.00 I pay and worse the 15.00 charge for delivery. Learned my lesson, never more will I use them. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My sister tried to surprise me with a bouquet for my birthday (which was on a Saturday) but didn't know I would be out of town and called and rescheduled the delivery to Monday (after they lied to her and said they tried to call me multiple times to deliver the order). On Monday I receive a wilted looking bouquet of fruit that looked like it had been out for days. There was mold on the grapes, and the chocolate was falling off the strawberries. When I called to complain they told me it's because I left the bouquet outside in the sun which was the opposite of what I did. They then told me they would speak with their boss and call me back. This never happened. I ended up driving to the store to return their trash and getting a refund. Hopefully it actually gets processed. Please save your money and order from a different location, or just don't order at all. I will find a way to speak with corporate about this terrible location. read more

Used them a couple of times and honestly its horrible! You cant walk in and get the snacks or smoothies Edible advertises. Everything must be ordered in advance and they always mess up the order. Then you have to call and call to get a refund! Forgot the balloons yet still charged me for it!! Had to wait over a week for a refund. Went in to pick up my gift of a free box of chocolate fruit, the girl says she cant see it in the system so she cant honor it. Humm? So I pull it up and give her the code, still she says sorry thats not working and theres nothing I can do but charge you. I said well 'call corporate...I'll wait...' wouldnt you know ALL of a sudden she can now make the code work. Order was suppose to be ready on Sunday since Sat wasn't going to work for our pick up. Should be simple right? Nope, didnt get a confirmation about the order til Monday for pick up!!! Called but they said it wasnt ready?!?! Had to pick it up Monday. Today is Valentine's Day! Unfortunately I had to work late, I knew this in advance so I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to my wife at work since I wasn't going to be able to give them to her myself. I placed an order over the phone one week in advanced, when I called the person on the other side asked if I spoke Spanish because she didn't speak English (I am bilingual and very fluent in Spanish) I had no problem placing my order. So all day today I was waiting for my wife to call, I was sooo anticipating the sound of her voice when she would've called me to say thank you and that she loves me. But that call never came, I am extremely disappointed and will never do business with this company again. I suggest you don't either. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! Needed a bday gift for the guy I am dating. Saw a choc fruit platter on line, (where I was told I needed to order from, not in person), so I ordered it on a Monday night for p/up Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I decided to resched. for Thursday p/up instead, so I called the McAllen business. The call went to the corp office. The lady at corp. tried transferring my call to the local shop but no one was answering. The lady said she would email the McAllen business & for me not to worry they would get the message. Tuesday I decided to go in person to assure myself that the order would be ready Thursday & not Tuesday. I spoke to a lady who came across as the manager Iris or Isis. Explained everything & told her I might consider the planter of fruit instead of the platter. She said that they had a power outage & this is why no one was answering. She found my info. in their system and said if any changes to let them know by calling. Noted. On Wednesday I called the business number & left a VM explaining who I was and my order # ,that was paid for from Monday night, & said there were no changes & that I would p/up order on Thursday at 10 a.m. On Thursday morning I called & Jackie answered. I explained everything & she said the lady I spoke to was not in but would arrive shortly & for me to call back. I asked if my order was ready & she said no because I was supposed to call in w/ changes. I told her I had called the night before, left VM saying no changes. She then said again for me to call back & speak to Iris or Isis because she, Jackie, had to work on her orders, NOT MINE from Monday!. I then asked if she could work on mine & she said no that I needed to speak to Iris or Isis. OMGEEEE! She said if anything, my order might be ready by 12 or 12:30, not 10 a.m. I decided after that call to go in person ,I did & spoke to Iris or Isis. She gave me her novela version that Jackie had left and she was alone & still had to make chocolate, so my order would not be ready until 1. I was upset but it did nothing. At 1:30 I arrived and a difft Spanish speaking older lady brought my order. I was looking forward to the med/large platter of choc fruit as it appeared on the website. The lady returned w/a red rectangular med. size box. I asked what this was & she said my order. I told her NO cuz I ordered a platter. She replied & said this is the way it comes. I opened the box and a saw a plastic white tray w/ some choc fruit pcs. NOTHING LIKE WEBSITE PHOTO. I told her the website did not say that at p/up I would be handed this. She replied this is the way it comes. DIOS MIO! I explained to my friend, he thanked me for my efforts, tasted the choc fruit & said they were good. If he was being nice, IDK! Horrible service. The arraignment was nothing like I ordered. It was half the size missing a lot of fruit and balloons. After I told her she took it to the back added the balloons and some fruit. Just about every shape was broken and falling apart. The balloons were not even filled properly because they were all wrinkled. My daughter was thoughtful enough to send me an arrangement for my birthday this year and she chose Edible Arrangements. The only fruit that tasted like anything was the pineapple because it was covered in chocolate. The fruit was not ripe and not ready to be eaten. I asked her to take it back to let them know. She did and was told by a manager that all that could be done was 50% credit since it was 50% eaten. (It was actually thrown away) The 50% Credit is an in store credit to top it off. No thanks! We will not be ordering arrangements from an establishment that offers terrible service to its clients. read more

Horrible do not waste your money. My husband sent me an arrangement for or anniversary it looked beautiful too bad it tasted horrible fruit was hard and tasteless. Thought maybe it was just me had my coworkers try it a fruit and they said the same thing!!! When my husband and I called they were rude and offered to pick up the barely touched arrangement and trade it for strawberries not even the same amount spent on the arrangement (how is that an even trade) called the main corporate hotline was told they would return my call from main business and they never did.
