I know sometimes it can be harder to keep frozen yogurt places incredibly clean with all the toppings but this place did just that! The variety of flavors and toppings was a highlight I never expected. I was surprised with dole whip flavors like pineapple and pomegranate which was honestly a wonderful combo! The toppings ALSO blew me away! I've never seen another ice cream/ froyo location have different kinds of dough like brownie, cake, and cookie! I was able to try both the brownie and cookies and cream dough and they were amazing. If there were an option to just have those, I would be sold! Take my money!! On top of that, the workers there were so kind and helpful when cashing out! They served with a smile and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed working there! I highly recommend you venture out to try it if you haven't already!

Small tables that can be joined together at will. Approximately 10 tables that sit two each. Pretty cool flavours there. You can also choose to create your own by picking a base and toppings and they will chop them up together. I picked something basic as my initial choice was out. They have employee flavours of the month and what i wanted was black forest royale. Our server politely informed me that the ice cream flavour was out and urged me to pock something else. I picked a basic chocolate ice cream and a waffle cone. And omg is my server generous In that cone she wedged two huge scoops of chocolate ice cream. Ice crean was delicious and cream. And the waffle cone was crispy. Love it! They also have a freeezer filled with ice cream cakes that you can pick up and many other special flavours. I however was too distracted with looking at flavours and toppings! Cool little ice cream shop to be in. Will be back but probably small cup instead next time.

To anyone who is a fan of Turtles or Pixies, we can only hope that it means someone is making Sundaes based on the components of Turtles. I made a mental note of the location at O St and Cotner Blvd., and vowed to come back if time permitted. It did, and I did. Thank goodness I trusted my intuition. This is one of the best discoveries ever! The Turtle Sundae is well worth the trip to Lincoln in itself. I'm not from this part of the country, so I didn't know what "cheese curds" were. "Do you want to make that a meal?" I mentioned to the cashier that I was sick of French Fries, and he suggested cheese curds. They are apparently deep-fried chunks of cheese, and they are to die for! Not only that, but the steakburgers were unique and perfect! The workers went out of their way to be friendly. It was all-in-all an over-the-top place and provided an over-the-top experience. If you ever find yourself in Lincoln, or have occasion to go there, DO NOT leave without sampling the fare at Freddy's! I promise you'll never miss a chance to go there, again.

He laughed hard when he first saw the name and was curious why we other two weren't enjoying the joke. I had never had the "Hurts Donut" trick pulled on me nor had our third buddy. Now I know about it and I didn't have to suffer the sick joke as a kid. Oh, about the donut shop... Good luck finding it. Siri got us to the exact location but there is no sign out front a large building that houses several businesses. The scout we sent to make sure we were at the right place happened to notice a young lady outside this big building wearing a "Hurts Donut" shirt. He waved us in. We were unanimous in that, of the wide variety of donuts in the display, none looked appetizing to us. We cannot judge if the donuts taste good since we did not buy any. We did spot a huge apple fritter in the corner of the display and we bought that and shared it. This fritter was really good. (Had it not been that employee's break time when we arrived, we may not have found Hurts Donut.)
