They said they delivered but he never got it, their "proof" is a picture but the picture does not show anything to prove it was delivered to the correct address and had a time stamp of 7:45 pm on it. When I called the store, the manager said they could redeliver, even though the special day was gone, or give me a half refund. Location Edible Arrangement 440 Barrett Pkwy Kennesaw Ga. I placed an order 3 days in advance and also called and spoke with them regarding the order. I was assured the order would be delivered after 12pm on the 6th. The 6th came and I checked all day tracking on line and it kept showing out for delivery. The order was never delivered. When I called the following day all they said was we knocked on the door and no one answered..... but why didn't you ring the doorbell? Or use the telephone number that was given if there was a problem with delivery? Due to Covid we are working from home so we were definitely there. They were very dismissive about the situation. I usually order from the Roswell location, but I have ordered a few times from the Barrett Parkway. My husband, for my birthday, ordered me the Happy Berry to You and when it arrived, I put it in the fridge and we left for the day. This morning, we opened it and it was Horrific. The overall piece just sucked. I have not ever had a good experience at this location. So I called the store and the lady stated the owner would be in on Monday and they could make me a fresh one or refund my money. I asked if it was typical for this location to continuously suck because every time I've ordered from this location, it has not been satisfactory (and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but after a handful of times, its obvious that this location is awful) And she stated No. I asked then why does the review also reflect a one star. What a sad experience compared to how much I have used Edible Arrangements. My local location in Canton, GA (a beautiful, brightly lit store with tons in display cases to buy, smoothie bar, etc) had closed, so I visited the Kennesaw, GA location. NOTHING was in display case or refrigerator. The lady in front didn't speak English. A girl came from the back to help me. She was not thrilled about doing an order for that day. I showed her the picture in the brochure. She said, "I guess I can do that." She tried to charge me $10 over what it cost in the brochure. Christmas was the theme. Upon picking it up, I was mortified. It was super sloppy. The green frosting was a bright "yellow." The red frosting was "hot pink." The design was horrendous. She could have just told me she had no red or green frosting to pipe the design, and I would have done white. She tried to remake it (waited another 25 minutes), and it was a little better. Still not the colors of Christmas but better. She was clearly not happy that I was complaining, but this was a gift for a friend. I just cannot believe the experience and the unprofessionalism. Was very disappointed. Touts same day delivery. Made my order at 1 pm, and was called immediately and "asked" if it would be all right to deliver tomorrow. When I said "his birthday is today," lady said there were not making up any more arrangements today. She left me zero choices. Very disappointed in this establishment. The doors were locked before closing hours. I called and the young lady asked if I was still in the lot and she would open the door so I drove back around. After turning around, I was extremely disappointed that they wasn't anything available to purchase. When I walked in I wasn't even greeted. Usually a "hi" or a "welcome" would suffice but nope. Walked in like I was interrupting something and they all stare at me. I say "hi i want to order chocolate covered strawberries". He goes ok it'll take about an hour. I pay $30 for a box of chocolate covered strawberries and come back within the hour. When I come in they struggle to find my box/bag. When they finally find it they just hand it to me and don't say a word. Maybe a "thank you" or "have a good day"? It is now the evening of March 8th and this order has still not been delivered, nor are you able to leave a message for customer service. In fairness, I see they did try to deliver on Sunday but as of now (6PM on March 8th) no one has contacted my daughter who was to receive this present. First and last time I'll order from this place. When I got there to pickup the order it wasn't ready they told me to wait 3-5 minutes and ended up being 20 minutes. They ask online if you want to add a message in the card and I did since it was an anniversary gift. When I got home I notice that the card was a pice of recycled paper!!!! This was the worst experience ever. I had previously ordered a fruit basket from them they gave it to me in the actual container instead of putting it in a box so it got thrown all around my car. By the time I got there the cantaloupe so no longer on the pineapples and I had a mess but foolishly I decided to give them another chance so I called and attempted to order another arrangement. The woman who answered the phone immediately asked me why don't I order it online? I was confused because I really was talking to her on the phone. I wish it were possible to give zero stars - this place has been a NIGHTMARE. I'll take this in steps: (1) Went into the store a few days before Feb 14 and placed my order for Valentines Day - I was having them delivered to an office and was told by the lady that they do office deliveries first and it would be there no later than 1:00pm. (2) 3pm rolls around and nothing had been delivered. The person they were for left their office at 4pm so I called to ask what was going on. I was told they they had "overbooked" everything (what HORRIBLE customer service). (3) They said they could deliver them to the person's house if I gave them their address and they would be delivered by no later than 7pm. 8 pm rolls around and NOTHING. They end up CALLING THE PERSON THEY'RE FOR AND RUINING THE SURPRISE...only to tell them "sorry, we'll be there by 9pm" (4) 9PM - no delivery. They called again and said they'd be there no later than 10:30pm. The person stayed up until 11pm, no delivery, called Edible Arrangements twice WITH NO ANSWER...and never got their delivery. This place has been absolutely HORRENDOUS and I will NEVER ever deal with them again. I'm not out to sabotage business, but I will be sure NEVER to recommend this place to anyone I know. read more

This review is for the store in Dallas Georgia, on Hiram Acworth Rd. It appears that they are SO bad that they don't even have a Yelp presence. I am not reviewing the Kennesaw store. Words can almost not describe the disgust I have for the Dallas location of this establishment, but I will try. My Wife's mother passed away last week and one of my Wife's clients decided to send one of these Edible Arrangements. We were not notified, nor did we know what Edible Arrangements even were. I have seen the trucks and assumed it was some sort of candy/balloon deal. Last week we had a cold snap and the Atlanta area got to the low 20's overnight. She was over at her Mom's house taking care of some things that needed to be done prior to the funeral and received a phone call at 8:19PM. It was a delivery driver for Edible Arrangements telling us that they were at our house. They said they had a delivery and wanted to leave it on the front porch. My wife told them she thought she would be home pretty soon and that they could leave it. They did NOT tell her it was perishable cut fruit (melon, strawberries, etc). This, knowing it would get into the 20's shortly. Well, the preparations took a lot longer and she arrived home after Midnight. The items in the basket were frozen solid. Later that day I called Edible Arrangements in Dallas and informed them of what happened. They told me it was not their fault. I told them that it did not matter and that the arrangement was ruined and would not be used. I asked them to re-make and redeliver it at a more suitable time. The person answering the phone pretty much had a don't care attitude and told me there was nothing they could do. I insisted that she get me the Manager, who was nowhere around, so I asked her to have the Manager call me. A while later, the same girl called me back and told me that the Manager said they would remake the arrangement but it wouldn't be the nice, $100.00+ one that was originally sent. I suggested she contact the manager and inform her that that was an unacceptable answer and that the only acceptable one was : "We are so sorry, Mr. xxxx, we will remake the arrangement and deliver it safely. When would it be the best time to have it brought?" I also called the Corporate Headquarters and filed a complaint. Of course their cop-out reply was that each store is a franchise and they cannot control them. I never heard another word from them. Well 4 hours later we had heard nothing, so my Wife got in the car, drove 45 minutes each way through traffic to Edible Arrangements in Dallas (with the unopened and unused product). She got the same lame excuse, but left the nice basket with the ruined fruit there to prove that we had not consumed it and just wanted a free second product. They promised to remake it and deliver it to the location where the funeral reception was to be held. The arrangement came and it was barely a shadow of the original one. It was in a cheesy little pail and had hardly any of the same items. It was so small that hardly anyone ate any of it because it was dwarfed by the other food items on the table. I had hoped the original sender would dispute the payment, but my Wife doesn't have the heart to tell them how badly they were ripped off. I will NEVER, EVER recommend this company to anyone. It goes without saying that the managerial team at the Dallas store did the wrong thing, but Corporate is guilty of not policing their franchises. When you are selling a perishable product, especially one that costs over $100.00, you owe it to your patrons (and the grieving parties receiving it) to offer a nice experience and to rectify ANY negative experiences. read more

My husband ordered a V-Day present for me at this location. He even ordered delivery on the 12th to make sure it wasn't delayed, and ordered it over 2 weeks in advance. Due to the winter storm, they were closed the 12th. It's now the night of the 14th, and no present. My husband called at all he was told was "we were closed due to the storm, it should be there by Sunday, we can't give you a time or day". Nice. Next time we will stick with Shari's Berries or FTD. Those presents arrived, and when one was late, they compensated for it. read more

Terrible location. Do not order from this edible arrangements. I ordered from this location that was supposed to be delivered to a school. It was stated that it would be deliver before 3:00pm on the day of delivery. On the day I kept checking for updates that never came through their tracking option. From 10am until 3:30pm I called the store with no answer ten or more times. I called Edible arrangements customer support and even they could not get a hold of the store, telling me they could only submit a case ticket and email the manager to get back to me in the next 48 hours. Seeing as I had spent over a hundred dollars on an arrangement that wasn't delivered and the next school day not being until Monday, I decided to drive to the location. This location is over an hour away from me, but only about 20 minutes from the recipient so I drove out of my way to the location and around 4:30 I received a call from a delivery driver that they were dropping it off. At this point the school was closed. I explained that to the driver to which he said that it was marked as being a school drop off, but the store never mentioned to him that he had a school delivery so he could drop it off in time, so I continued to the location that was still not answering my calls. Once there, the entire staff was in the back. No one in the front where the phone continuously rang. When I was finally acknowledged minutes later, phone still ringing, the rude gentleman asked me what the problem was. I told him that the arrangement wasn't delivered and I needed a refund to which he responded that the delivery driver hadn't made it back yet. I was unsure of what the delivery driver had to do with a refund, but after a puzzling moment he asked for my order number, disappeared and then reappeared with my arrangement.. I once again explained that it was too late to which he responded with a rude, attitude filled comment about how I should have said that instead of requesting to have it. What I asked for was a refund, I never once asked for the arrangement that I no longer needed. This exchange alone showed how this location is ran. In confusion and unprofessionalism. This store has no customer service at all. I normally use Sharies Berries for my anniversary and I listened to a co-worker and tried edible arrangements. HUGE MISTAKE. I called the store directly and ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my Anniversary. I knew this was going to bad from the get go by the manager's attitude. I tried ordering a platter from the website that had 20 strawberries on it. He started arguing with me that it had 14. I told him that there was 2 different ones on the website for the same price. 1 had 14 and 1 had 20. When I went to pick them up, they looked like grapes. The strawberries was so small and it looked very cheap for the money I spent. I complained to the young lady iin the store and she tried to call the manager but he was not available. I called Customer Service and complained and was told that the manager wqould contact me with 24 - 72 hours. 8 days later I called Customer Service back to inform them that I never recieved a call. They called the store and spoke to Danny, the manager. His response to them was. "I GOT WHAT I ORDERED AND THAT I AM TRYING TO SCAM THEM." SERIOUSLY. I showed up, w/out prior notice, on the last day of a promotion w/coupon given to me by the Red Cross. I was politely informed that they prepare each order as placed (I didn't realize that) and it would be the next day before I could pick up. Since I live more than an hour away from the closest E.A. location and was running late for another appt, I said to forget it. The guy waiting on me thought for a moment and offered to have it ready w/in 15 minutes (although they probably do not want to make a habit of that)! I was SO grateful and decided to return to them the next week for a gift purchase. I was very impressed with the quality of the chocolate (not waxy, thank goodness!), the freshness of the fruit and the customer service on my promotional arrangement - I hope that quality continues. Absolutely horrific, theres no other words to describe. I ordered from them to create a centerpiece for my Wedding Reception, the fruit was mooshy, the size was not extra large quality, the basket was not as PROMISED, it was suppose to be a beautiful white basket with no handle, and it showed up in an ugly brownish bronzy colored handled tin. My caterer had to run to her shop to get tooling lace to decorate it with, and it still looked like crap. My guests were talking about how the fruit tasted aweful and at the end of the reception it was thrown away it was so aweful! No one even got any pictures of it, including my PHOTOGRAPHER bc it was so hidious! When I went into the store to demand a refund, the manager of the store blamed corportate for discontinuing the basket and when I asked him why he sent me this ugly display in an equally ugly basket he said he was not working the day it was made, and that the basket I recieved did not come in white, only off- white, so I said off white still would have been better than this color, he replied well we dont have the off white here in stock at the store. I put in this order on June 7, 2012, and my wedding was June 30th! He had plenty of time to get this right, my specifications were clear on what I wanted for my wedding. He said he'd give me 40 bucks back for the mistake and I demanded a full refund, he ended up giving me the "max" he was able to refund which was 100 bucks without the owners approval. I asked where the owner was and he said he lives in California! I got on my phone after leaving and called corporate who informed me the store needed to be the one to refund me the money, so for weeks after that Ive been playing a waiting game with corporate by calling and waiting for a response from the store and have gotten nothing. I just called the store back on 7/20/12 and demanded the contact info from the owner who the manager would not give me right away without getting my contact info first. I gave it to him and later recieved a call back from him with the owner, "Robby's" number. It was an atlanta area code. I was also informed by the manager that the owner had not previously been informed of this catastophe when I first came into the store for a refund. When I called the owner, he was very sarcastic to me, saying I got the manager in trouble for even giving me any kind of refund at all bc this was not "his" policy. He was telling me that he has on audio and video evidence that I got what I ordered which is not true bc I told him I called the store and spoke to the girl before I even ordered the fruit display and she said she had notes in the computer of exactly what I wanted as far as the color basket and details to when and where it was to be delivered. I told him he better have all my phone calls recored with that girl if he even recorded our convo at all, which he cant legally even do without notifying the customer first. But it doesnt even bother me bc I know if he actually recorded the conversation then his claims would be proved wrong that the girl never guarenteed me the basket in the picture, which she ABSOLUTELY DID! She even told me to look it up on the website to show me exactly what it looked like! He told me that if I disputed the charge with my bank as well, that almost every time they win and that he'd hit me up for the fees he'd have to pay in order for me to dispute it. I told him his threats dont phase me bc I know he doesnt have anything on video or audio that would safice. And I have written testimony by guests even from my wedding about the "Centerpiece". He told me it is not his policy to give any kind of refunds and I should read the small print on the website, it says "the Baskets are not guarenteed," when I told this to corporate she said that was wrong that it states the baskets may vary but the fact i called in the order and was very specific that there was no reason why I should have gotten anything less than what I ordered. She also said he was not following company policy which is 100% customer satisfaction. This owner truley sounded like a nut job, he was laughing at the fact I was in tears over what his store delivered me for almost 300 dollars and it was complete GARBAGE!! The Kennesaw Edible arrangements does not meet the expectations of the franchise and I highly recommend NOT using them. I have ordered multiple times from Edible Arrangements at various locations and always been extremely satisfied. I wanted to do something special for my husband for Valentines which was on a Sunday. When the arrangement made it to the office on Friday, February 12th, my husband was elated, took a picture and sent it to me. I didn't want to deflate his joy so I didn't tell him the arrangement looked horrible and the fruit was scarce. It was bare and the fruit was scarce. It looked very little like the product I ordered. I saw more greenery than fruit. This clearly was not what I paid $76 for and didn't represent the Edible Arrangements brand. I called the store and informed the person who answered the telephone of my concern. She was very nonchalant and didn't offer an apology or solution. I then escalated it. He said he was the manager and was aware of this problem because he ran out of the small vase he used a large vase. This made the arrangement look different and he had to do that for everyone who ordered it. I asked him why would I have not been informed about this so I could have made another selection. To that he said I have so many orders and that is what you ordered. I again exclaimed it was not the product I ordered and if he needed to modify it I should have been notified. I paid for it and want what was paid for. He offered to deliver chocolate covered strawberries on Monday the 15th but he would not refund any portion of money. I told him I didn't need strawberries on Monday. That was not an acceptable solution. I called customer service to report it and ask fie help only to be referred back to him. Now the customer NO service I now know is a part of the Edible Arrangements brand. I got no where with them. For $76, we got a Ballon, vase stuffed with a lot of greenery, 3 pineaples, 3 chocolate covered strawberries, 3 strawberries and 2 grapes on a skewer and 1 heart pop. It was not just a different vase but it was also a very scarce amount of fruit. I will NEVER use them again. read more
