Is this location even open? I showed up on a Saturday afternoon and it was closed... and god forbid they answer their phone...

I placed my order to be delivered yesterday to my daughter and son in law. it was not delivered so I called and was told 8 deliveries did not go out they were extremely busy but it would go out today. still not delivered at 6:05 pm. I have called three times and have not reached anyone. requested a call back and no call back. Now going to try to get a refund. I have never had this issue with any edible arrangement stores in different parts of the country. absolutely not acceptable. read more

I recently had this delivered to a friend out in the Lone Star State. My friend is still praising the quality of the product and how wonderfully different it was. Be advised that delivery can be a bit costly, but what can you do? They do have a few items that offer free delivery, however, I am sure that the cost was factored in. read more

Do not order from this place if you want an order to be delivered on a holiday. I literally placed an order a month ago for Valentine's Day assuming it would be delivered. Paid a lot of money only to receive a call at 9:30pm ON the day it was supposed to be delivered to tell me they couldn't get around to it. I even called the day it was supposed to be delivered to double check everything and they assured me it would be delivered. We ordered a Get Well arrangement for a friend. When they made the delivery, our friend didn't come to the door. So, the delivery person, Tori, called us to tell us she was at the door without any response. She had called our friend's phone as well. My Robocall App didn't allow Tori's phone call to come through. But she persevered and texted me. Excellent Customer Service!! First of all - I love (dark) chocolate-covered strawberries more than almost anything else -- and Edible Arrangements has the best anywhere. Secondly - Edible Arrangements is easy to deal with! Third - My siblings sent me an arrangement but I was still in hospital when they sent it so was not home to answer the door. Mother's Day order means you make and order to get the arrangement delivered on Mother's Day , not get a phone call saying oh we were too busy to get your order delivered we will send it two days later....never received my order for my mother on her special day....this place lost my business for sure! read more

I wasn't impressed when I first ordered at Dickinson location, but when I called the store and complained, they immediately offered to fix it. Leslie was very friendly and understanding. She offered to get another arrangement for free. The second arrangement she made sure was all fresh and nice looking. Edible Arrangements - Dickinson is absolutely AMAZING! TARA truly was my hero! It is my husbands BIG 50th Birthday. He is working out of town. He refused to take vacation. So, I had ordered something a week a head of time, (being his Bday is the day before V-Day) from a small family company to be delivered on his Bday. They called me at 11:30am on the day of his Bday and decided, they do not deliver to the area of his hotel. OMG! Are you kidding me? I was frantic! It's is 50th for heavens sake, a milestone birthday! I called several, and I mean SEVERAL places, nobody could help me because it was the day before Valentine's Day! Grrrrr!! I even called a delivery/courier service to see if they could pick up something and deliver to his hotel. They were even too busy! Seriously!? I happen to call Edible Arrangements - Dickinson out of desperation even though it was a little far from his hotel and TARA answered the phone. I explained what happen and she said she lived in the City my husband hotel was in, just down the road. As I finished my dreadful story, she asked if I had called a few other closer store locations, which I had and they couldn't help me out. Too busy with V-Day. SHE, TARA, VOLUNTEERED TO DELIVER AN ARRANGEMENT FOR ME, TO MY HUSBAND'S HOTEL ON HER WAY HOME!!! I was exhilarated that someone would do this for me! I teared up, overcome with emotion. TARA would volunteer to go out of her way to deliver a special arrangement. She could hear in my voice how it was important and meant a lot that I get it delivered for his 50th BIRTHDAY! He was in a hotel by himself for his 50th! She even said "I'm glad I answered the phone!" I can't say THANK YOU ENOUGH TARA! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Not a good experience with this location at all. I called and asked if i place an order today would they be able to deliver it by 2:30. they said yes and gave the phone to another employee to take my order. i re-asked that employee the same question before she took my order and and said gave the same response. she said yes we can get it there by that time. they took my information down (which took 25 mins) and at the end of the order i asked again. so your sure that ya'll can get the order delivered by 2:30 and she said we cant guaranty that it will make it by that time but we can try our best. i laugh a little and told her that the first question i asked was if they could make it by that time and they said yes. now that they have my credit card information they can guaranty anything. she asked if i wanted to cancel my order and i said yes. she said that she was sorry and said that i wasn't happy about wasting 25 minutes and i thought that was the end of it. then i get a call about 10 minutes later from them saying that they need my credit card information to cancel my order because they went ahead and processed my order. i gave them my information after making sure they were who they said they were. i checked my account and sure enough the money was taken out immediately but to return the money will take a couple of days. lol.... imagine that. lol... well i dont see myself using them again. i've used several other edible arrangements before in the past without any problems what so ever. i sure hope they get it together here. read more
