Not only did they redeliver it on Valentine's Day morning, but the owner also added extra items to make up for the inconvenience. That meant more than they probably realize. I did suggest that if there's ever difficulty reaching a recipient in the future, the items should be returned to the store to avoid this kind of situation and save everyone the heartache. I call early Friday morning. Person on the phone took my order of 12 chocolate covered strawberries. I picked them up. They were for a graduation surprise. What I received was below the quality of what the franchise advertised on their website. I asked for a refund to get only get a "have to wait for the manager until Monday". I would definitely not recommend this location. I received a beautiful arrangement. I was excited to eat it and when I put the cantaloupe in my mouth it was sour. So I checked the melon in the arrangement and it was mushy and slimy. I immediately called to let them know . The manager was rude and disrespectful to me.i asked for a replacement. This call was at 10:30 . At 4:30 The driver showed up asking for the arrangement . I asked him where the new one was and he said the manager was not sending a replacement. I placed an order for a birthday bundle for my granddaughter's 16th birthday. It had mini pineapple chunks and strawberries decorated like birthday cakes, each having a candle atop. I added a box of cookies and a balloon. Because of the coronavirus, I was not able to celebrate in person with her. She was shocked by the knock on the door by the delivery man and surprised by the fresh and yummy assortment of goodies. I got to FaceTime with her and sing Happy Birthday while she blew out a candle. I have bought many items throughout the year from this location. Stopped in to order a 12 piece box of chocolate dipped fruit. As a rewards member, this box was complimentary as this month is my birthday. Jamie took my order and remembered me from my last visit. She said she had enough fruit on hand to prepare my box right away so I could take it with me. I was so happy to be able to take it home and not have to stop by another day to pick it up (although I would have been more than willing to do so). I ordered a celebration package with dipped strawberries and bananas for my boyfriend for Father's Day, and am really happy with it. It was beautifully arranged, the fruit was fresh and flavorful, he loved it. Our test is usually the honeydew. It is always the least flavorful and "meh" of the salad fruits, but in this case it was amazing! Soft, juicy, sweet, it was really good, so this set the tone on the rest of the fruit. Just delicious. I picked it up myself and saved a little money instead of having it delivered. My order was ready earlier than I specified and they gave me all day to pick it up.
