Stopped here on a recent Saturday night and the place was packed! There was a line and only 3 people working so it was a bit of a wait but not horrible and it gave me plenty of time to think about what to order. There were way too many options and I must've changed my mind at least five times before settling on the coffee lovers. This is coffee ice cream with almonds (which I substituted with walnuts), Heath bar pieces and caramel sauce. I asked for only a little bit of caramel and honestly it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be. I also ordered a birthday cake remix and waffle cone cup which the nicely wrapped so it wouldn't break and got everything to go. The place was very clean and the workers were working hard. Two small or "like it" as they call it and the waffle cup were a little over $20 so it's certainly not an inexpensive treat but it was Good and refreshing. Completely forgot to take a picture of my ice cream because I took it to go, and by the time I got home it was starting to melt (Thanks a lot South Florida heat). But I ordered a Like It size Vanilla with a brownie and fudge and it hit the spot! I stopped by on a Sunday evening and there was a good amount of parking even though this part of the shopping center seemed pretty busy. There were some people sitting both outside and inside and a small line of two small groups ahead of me. Even though there were only 2 employees, the line moved pretty quickly. When it was my turn to order, the employee was very nice and bubbly. I usually always order the same thing, but this time wanted to try a few flavors to see if maybe I would change my mind. Two years in a row that I've ordered a custom made birthday cake and nothing but problems both times. Last year I ordered a cake online a week before the birthday party. My card was charged. Got email confirmation. Went to the store to pick it up and surprise! no cake because they were 'having problems with their website' and never received the order. They had some other options in the freezer. I just grabbed another cake different flavor, size, no birthday message...disappointing but let it go. Fast forward to last week, I ordered another cake online and knowing what happened last year, I waited until a couple of days before pick-up date and called the store to reconfirm the order was received and went over flavors, toppings and so on. Well, surprise! the order was handed to another person! The other person's order was a different size, different flavor. We were offered a refund, yes ...but we needed the cake! They had to again, scramble to find a cake similar en size...completely different flavors again...we got a $7 refund which apparently was the difference in price between custom made and regular cakes and some ice cream cookies which we didnt ask for. I called the store once my husband left the place to speak with a manager and the attitude that I got from the employee was unacceptable. It sounded like 'well, there's too many Marias and we gave it to the wrong Maria... the issue was fixed and we even got you $7 back and cookies'... Really? So you're telling me there is not a reliable and efficient system to make sure orders are given to the right recipients? I won't say that 'I'm never going to that place again' because I will go for sure...We always go before or after movies...but management can definitely do better with online orders, procesures and service. read more

We have frequented Cold Stones in many locations and have always had a variety of vegan sorbet options. This location however only offers one option, lemon. It was good but sweeter than normal for us. We are grateful that there was an option but not so happy that there wasn't more than one. In any case we ate the lemonade sorbet and we were satisfied with our service. For vegans there is an option here. Not many. I'm giving four stars for the service, Cleanliness and that they have something here that was dairy free. read more

Very small place and tends to get crowded after the movies let out. The location is in a plaza that has very little parking in front of the store and a narrow street so be very careful parking and trying to leave. This location is usually clean and the staff are friendly. If it's your first time be sure to download the app and signup so you get a freebie or coupon. Ice cream can be a bit pricey but it's the experience of watching them mix your ice cream on a cold stone slab before putting it into a tiny cup and serving it up to you. Stopped in for some frozen happiness. Waiting to be helped both employees disappear in to the back. End up waiting another 10min, then another young lady comes out no acknowledgement, another patron walks in and queues up behind me. The young lady requests help with the Uber orders, which appear to have been queuing up as well. Then 4 more employees pile out, 3 join in on the Uber orders and one gentleman asked if I was being helped. I politely replied, no and he began to make our treats. As I am waiting to pay I notice fruit files lining the glass case where the toppings are held. I'm not talking about one or two, but more like 15+. If I would have seen them prior to placing my order, I would not have ordered at all. If fruit flies are an issue I can imagine what other pests may be lurking about and question the cleanliness of the restaurant. Unlike other locations, this Cold Stone has heavy foot traffic bc of its location yet they still always come thru with the chocolate dipped waffle bowls... fresh and crunchy time after time. Well prepared and expertly trained, these ice cream ninjas always put a smile on my face. Depending on the day and time you come in is more or less whether you're in line for 15-20 mins or the only one ordering but since I work against the grain and set my own rules... I usually never go at peak hours or weekends. Not sure how they do it but this location always delivers the best Cold Stone treats... maybe it's the lighting, the ambience or maybe I'm just a fatty. Sunday night ice-cream run couldn't have been any better than at this Cold Stone location. It was a fairly busy night, but the staff (three total) was friendly and competent. To the extent that the young man who took care of us (he will remain nameless because I don't know if he'd get in trouble) flipped the ice-cream balls in the air like I've never seen! Placed an order Thursday night for a Saturday 12:15 pick up. Order was lost. I saw the generic cake I received was a little smaller than what I imagined so I asked if I could pay extra for the bigger one. The answer was "No, because that would mess up the inventory." Hmmmm, what inventory? My order was lost! So I left with my small cake and no well wishes written on it for the order was lost. For the first thing, before I even walked in, the smell of the place was AMAZING! I could smell the waffle cones and the sweetness..... Had my mouth watering! Secondly, the store itself was well organized...beautiful cakes on display in the front and yes, I bought one! Staff was extremely friendly and super helpful! The ice cream at Cold Stone is always consistently good in my opinion. It's the service at the locations that really makes or breaks a Cold Stone for me. Unfortunately, this location has sort of failed in the service department the last few times that I have gone here. I always seem to be served by teenage girls who could clearly care less that they could potentially make my day with their amazing ice cream combinations. I actually think my last trip I didn't even get a smile, just a "what do you want?" Luckily for this location, it is very convenient to my house, so I will likely be back.
