(5/5) I stopped by L'A'DERACH at Aventura Mall, and I can confidently say I found my new favorite chocolate store! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was amazing. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Horace and Ashina assisted me while I was there, and they were both so kind and attentive -- they really made the experience even better. The chocolates are absolutely delicious and free from preservatives, which I love. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. I can't wait to go back and try even more. Probably the best Swiss chocolate I've ever had! Seriously, just incredible, out of this world. There are so many flavors and kinds of chocolates and truffles. They have a great variety and you can't go wrong with anything you try. However, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS, seriously insanely expensive. This does make a really nice Christmas or holiday gift perfect for coworkers or anyone you don't know what to shop for. My favorite is their hazelnut chocolate bark. read more

I do like their chocolate especially the hazelnut dark and milk. They'll give you a small sample if you go in and then you'll spend $20 for another piece. I got two pieces on my last visit in separate package due to allergies but she weighed them each in all the packaging. I didn't need the packaging next time just on tissue paper is fine. read more

If you want fancy chocolate, Läderach Chocolatier Suisse is the place to check out. Pure Swiss fancy chocolate. Located on the 2nd floor next to L'Occitane and Chanel. You can't walk pass this store without being mesmerized by the abundance of different bark chocolate in the window. Beautifully displayed for everyone to drool over. Literally. The staff is nice and attentive. The displays are clean and well organized. I love the sticks of chocolate. Some of the prices gave me sticker shock but if you want quality chocolate, you'll pay for it. There was a staff member walking around the small boutique chocolate store giving out samples. They were giving out samples of their biggest seller, the milk chocolate and hazelnut. Yummm! I'm not a big fan of milk chocolate or white chocolate so immediately I asked if they offered this in dark chocolate. Of course they did. Ha. You can ask the staff behind the counter for samples of any of the bark displayed. I got a sample of the florentine with milk chocolate which was amazing!!! The toffee is perfectly crispy and chewy. I didn't love the milk chocolate but they informed me they had the dark chocolate option prepackaged on the shelves. Found it for $17. I was debating if I wanted to buy $17 chocolate. I did. Worth every damn penny! Get the dark chocolate florentine people!!! It's super smooth and that chocolate is perfectly creamy. read more

One of my favorite chocolates from Switzerland, so glad I happen to find it at Aventura Mall on a trip to Miami. They give free samples, my favorite is the dark chocolate with almonds. It's expensive but you're playing for quality chocolate & they add lots of nuts. I love having almonds in every bite! read more

I enjoyed the candy I bought here. It was their flagship candy, the one with the almonds in it. I bought a pretty big slab of it. I like that they have a heart one that says Happy Birthday on it. It makes for a unique birthday gift. I wish they had more flavors, like cherry and strawberry. There was a large box of candy. It costs $315 and that really threw me off. That equates to about $4 per piece and the chocolates are not that large. This is definitely premium chocolate and it is expected to be pricey. I do think this is too much. I will purchase a few pieces here and there because it tastes good. Staff was ok. They have a decent variety but as I said, it could be better. I do recommend checking out this store. To me, they have higher quality than Godiva. read more

This Swiss chocolate store is amazing. They have replaced the former Godiva stores in Aventura and Town Center Boca Malls. They have a wide variety of exotic and unique chocolate flavors. My favorite happens to be their most popular. The hazelnut milk chocolate. Simply delicious. You can buy as much or as little as you want. This place is pricey. But taste and quality are premium. I have also tasted a dark chocolate piece here and that was great. The only one I do not care for that I have tried is the pistachio one. It had a really odd and unappealing flavor to me. In fact, I threw the rest of it away. (not a huge piece) Normally I love pistachio. Service is hit and miss. Sometimes the employees are friendly and other times not thrilled to be there. read more

But the customer service has been very disappointing.I placed an order as I usually do for my clients, but I entered the wrong billing address by mistake. I tried calling both numbers listed (on the website and on the order confirmation), but both calls were disconnected immediately. I also emailed customer service and submitted a message through your website -- no response. I can't even access my order or find the tracking number. Very disappointed with the lack of support. Please improve your customer service. Other clients should be aware of this issue. read more

If I could give less than one star I would give it simply because of the bad action that was done to me by a man who is working today, I don't know his name. I just went to your store with my mother and my daughter to buy gifts for my family and a girl offered me samples to try and a man quickly signaled her not to give it to me and that made me feel so ashamed that I left without buying my chocolates for my family, and also without buying my daughter like that, I decided to go back to take a photo of the name of the store and they were commenting on that, I felt more ashamed the truth, I recommend that you please have more attentive and professional staff, and that man, I don't know his position but I told him that I was going to leave a comment and he told me under a mask he was wearing that he didn't care and made an ugly gesture at me. read more

Chocolate lover's galore! Went in hoping to get some chocolate covered ginger and oranges. Unfortunately, the ginger wasn't being sold at this location, but I did end up finding the chocolate oranges! They have many chocolate options, ranging from milk, white, and dark. They also have a vegan milk option as well. Many barks have nuts added to them, so if you have an allergy, be mindful of that. Since it's the holiday season they had Christmas chocolate confections; such as angels, reindeer, and snowmen. I didn't have a chance to browse their bark flavors that they had since I had went in for their shelf chocolates, but I'll definitely have to return. read more

Beautiful and delectable chocolates from Switzerland. But they will cost you. Nothing here is inexpensive. They are very smart.They give you samples so that even those of us that aren't chocolate lovers (that would be me), actually salivated after trying their chocolate with almonds and their raspberry/strawberry covered popcorn! They broke off a few pieces for us to try. The slabs are so mesmerizing! So artistically beautiful as well. Very very smart! So delightful! Also, I filled out a form that maybe I'll win something? You never know.Someone has to win. I did buy a packet of chocolates that are assorted and expensive (and a VAT tax never the less). But once in a million times is ok with me. I was looking for Godiva store and to my surprise it's gone. However, this new chocolate store is very similar both by beautiful, delicious treats and prices.. maybe a bit pricier. First time I tried Laderach chocolates while in Dubai and was was pleasantly surprised. So now it was my second time trying out their goodies. I would definitely come back and try some more but it won't be that often as I think their prices are too high. Like for example, 3 small candies will cost you around 9$. I didn't see any sales or discounts like Godiva did. read more

Great option to go with if you ever feel like treating yourself or a loved one to delicious exotic and luxury chocolate. If you've ever walked in this store before, the first thing that hits you is either the aroma of freshly made, rich chocolate or the wide variety of chocolates available in such a broad assortment is impressive to say the least. The atmosphere is pleasant overall and most of the employees exhibit a positive attitude and service. Some options may be expensive but well worth their price. I'd only wish that I could shop in peace every time I walk in without having someone pestering me every 2 minutes. Sometimes customers want to be left alone to take their time making a decision. Not every customer who walks in and takes a look will necessarily make a purchase. Today I walked in and encountered an associate trying to sell me their most expensive box several times. read more
