From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and checked in right away. Since I completed my paperwork ahead of time, the check-in process was quick and easy. Tracey was my dental Hygienist, and she was outstanding. She took all of my scans, explained everything she was doing, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She was efficient, patient, and never made me feel rushed. Dr. Patel carefully reviewed my X-rays and explained a treatment plan to help me achieve healthier gums. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood my options. After discussing everything, I felt confident moving forward with my treatment. Even though it was the end of the day and well past closing time, Tracey continued to care for me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. I truly appreciated that she never made me feel like an inconvenience. She made sure I received the care I needed, and I was even able to schedule my second appointment for the very next day thanks Lauri the manager of Fairless Hill. This dental office was gracious enough to give us an appointment that same week on a Saturday, which was such a relief. What I thought might be simple cavities turned out to require two root canals. To make matters more stressful, I had forgotten that my son was no longer covered under my insurance -- so he had no insurance at all. Dental work without insurance can be extremely expensive, but the office never treated us any differently. They were kind, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. They helped me complete an application with Cherry, a company that offers payment plans for medical and wellness services. Thank God I was approved, because it truly made all the difference. I was there all day, but the staff made sure I was comfortable, kept me updated on my son's progress, and clearly communicated when he would be finished. My mother needs all her teeth pulled and was very clear that she preferred the services of an oral surgeon. Dr. Mathur was not respectful of her choice. He lectured her and was clearly annoyed that she wouldn't allow him to perform her procedure. He then proceeded to call me in the room and was very dismissive of my mom. He talked to her like she was stupid and kept addressing me and insisting it would be best to allow his office to do the extractions. Mom and I both made it very clear that what she needed from him were X-rays only. He was very condescending throughout the rest of the appointment. It didn't sit well with either of us that mom was initially led to believe that she was meeting an oral surgeon. We left with the X-rays and she will shop around for a more professional and straightforward dentist to make her dentures. Also, this office does not look clean. It is very run down. Upon going to new dentist I was informed I have nerve damage implants were placed wrong one in my nasal cavity and were failing and I needed bone graft and bone tissue asap I finally just had that done at Penn medicine with a nasal lift due to the medical necglect of this staff this could of been prevented if they would of listen to the 2 prior dentist who told them 8 months into them doing my surgery that these implants were failing they refused to look at the underlying condition and accused me of doing drugs and smoking I'm 57 yrs old proud receiving addict who speaks at meetings since 2006 and quit smoking in 2010 I'm still under contract and am only try to get 24,000 of my 36,000 back for my cash money I put because I fall under all guide lines of if they fail you get your money back and I paid cash not financed . And they refuse. They don't stand by their word the staff always changes and so has the name it was A1 dental they only care about the dollar not the person it's said I guess even though I'm on SSI I'm gone to have to go to court and get a small claim this is not fair my 78 yr old mother had to take a loan out to pay for their mistake because Medicare don't cover preexisting dental implants that's cosmetic Also dental board is now involved because dentist I seen who sent me to Penn medicine gave them his option on what he thought which I'm not sure I can even stat on here

I found him after a serious fall while walking with my son…read more I tripped on some broken concrete and fell on my face with my teeth taking the brunt of the fall since I had bags in my hands. Er said teeth were intact but see your dentist. My dentist couldn't examine the teeth because of my swelling but X-ray looked good. A week later I had awful pain and my 2 front teeth were discolored and cracked at the gum line. I was crushed. My teeth were beautiful and part of my identity. My dentist referred me to a root canal specialist and just the root canals were going to exhaust my insurance and I need crowns. I found Dr. Yefim on a search and God definitely was looking out for me. 2 painless root canals and antibiotics. A week later prep for the crowns with a temporary inserted. 2 weeks later 2 crowns put in. My teeth have never looked more beautiful. Polished to perfection and color match was on point. With only a small balance to pay. I've gotten ton of compliments. I am so happy and my broken heart mended. I will definitely be returning for my cleaning and check up.

It did take awhile and because of my insurance I had the bottom done first (the kind that's "glued" in, then got my uppers this year. (The removable kind). I understand what I was told so a little puzzled as to why I had to come back more than a few times to get them. But when they were done everything fit well. The only problem was with the top dentures. I start bringing my tongue up and "chomp" because of the metallic stuff on the dentures. It just felt funny and when I a fellow associate of DR. A she just said it's something to get used to! Why? I know some dentures can be made with a clear coating. She said because of my poor bone structure in my mouth that wasn't feasible?? Like I said I speak and comprehend English better than most but at times the communication was not what it should be. PRO ~ they don't "rush you" and take their time and he is the first dentist i had where the needle didn't "hurt" badly. And again Jeanine the dental hygienist is the best!
