And they tell me the doctor has a stomach bug and when I insinuated is there nobody else she laughed and said well we can get the doctor to come in and work on you if you really want them working on you sick while laughing. So at this point, I asked her what is the cancellation policy if I canceled today day of appointment and she said $100 so I'm hoping to get $100 credit on my account because that's not fair for them to be able to do this for the third time This office was great at one time but now all I hear are excuses and people not knowing what they are doing getting multiple phone calls in one day to change an appointment. Keep an appointment. I'm pretty sure the doctor went away and he just called out sick today. UPDATE: they discontinued service with me because I told the truth about their service. Seems as though they cannot deal with brutal honesty. Look they called me 3 times in one day to cancel and reschedule this appointment - for the same damn day the doctor ended up canceling day of - hours before the appointment. Despite years of Invisalign, multiple bite guards, and countless visits to different dentists, things only got worse. My condition was never taken seriously. Room-temperature water hurt to drink. Even slightly cool air hurt to breathe. I felt hopeless and believed I would live in pain forever. Thankfully I was recommended to Dr. Aydin and Dr. Mossad's clinic and listening to them was the best decision I ever made. Where most dentists dismissed my pain or insinuated that I was dramatic - Nyman/Monica did the opposite - they listened and respected my concerns while remaining objective in their clinical analysis. After much deliberation and several consultations, it was agreed that my teeth were not in a state that was recoverable by normal means and that the only real solution was a full mouth rehab. It was refreshing to see them take all options into consideration and recommend the correct choice - not what was easiest for me to avoid scaring me away or what made them the most money. Despite knowing this was the only real solution I was still terrified. I have the most sensitive teeth on the planet so the prospect of crowns on almost every tooth was so scary I was paralyzed by fear. Now most dentists would find patients like me difficult... but the level of care/empathy Dr. Aydin/Mossad provided helped me conquer that fear and even gave me hope. Hope to live a life without pain, something I had given up on. Sure, he captured me with using laser to do all of his work, but he's still a dentist! Seriously, he is one of only twenty one master's of the academy for laser dentistry in the world, the whole wide world! He is also one of the only dentists around who use the velscope which detects cancer under the surface of the mouth. He is into whitening programs, where he can do it for you or you can purchase supplies to do it at home. Unless you are a bad patient like I am, he will always use laser to clean your teeth and get rid of any signs of decay.
