She did not want dentures. We went to several dentists and they did not want to work on my mom's teeth. The other dentist would say it's easier to rip all her teeth out and give her dentures. So I was so happy when Dr Zin accepted this challenging case. His fee was very fair for the amount of work I was expecting to pay more. Dr Zin was respectful, nice and gentle with my mother. I wasn't called back until 1:03 PM, effectively making me the last person in the entire waiting room for a routine cleaning that only took 25 minutes. What made the experience truly "1-star" wasn't just the delay, but the complete lack of basic courtesy from the staff. When I asked the front desk for a time estimate during my wait, I was dismissively told "you're next" without any apology or context. Even when the hygienist finally called my name, there was no acknowledgment of the fact that they were running an hour behind. The worst part was during checkout. When I asked the assistant if an hour-long wait was normal for this office, she completely ignored my question and just continued asking if a noon slot worked for my next visit. When I requested an earlier time specifically to avoid another massive delay, she condescendingly asked, "Are you sure you can come in that early?"
