This business should be avoided at all costs. We were very specific with the employee we dropped the garments off with, yet our instructions were not followed at all. When we told her the order was incorrect upon pick up, she was rude, defensive, and argumentative. She did not offer to fix anything, or even apologize for the misunderstanding. She was extremely off-putting and should not be a front of house employee if she's going to take such a terrible disposition with customers. read more

My husband brought in a suit to be dry cleaned. It wasn't even touched. He brought in back in and showed the lady at the front desk. She said "We will clean it again !" When my husband went to pick it up, they were not open even though there hours of operation said they open at 8:00 am. He waited until 9:00 and still no one came to open up. He came back the next day and was told it still wasn't cleaned!! Avoid this business if you can. We should have read previous reviews. The employee was very rude as well. read more

I've been using Edgemont for a while and overall am happy with their service. No drycleaner is perfect, but they have done the best of all the others I've used in PC. read more

This is probably the second negative review I have ever written. I usually don't want to speak ill of a business just because a single issue. I've ignored the terrible reviews and used these guys for years because they are very close to my office and have usually managed to clean my shirts and have them ready when they say they will be ready. The prices are too high but it's Park City so it's to be expected. I guess I learned my lesson because they currently have a batch of my shirts that they can't locate and can't tell me when to expect them. The clerk seemed genuinely annoyed that this bothered me and gave me the number for a "manager" named Nancy who also seemingly cannot locate my shirts. I guess I'll just keep going back and hoping that they turn up but that's definitely the last time I use Edgemont cleaners. read more

Terrible service. Dropped off clothes Monday and they said everything would be ready Wednesday at 5... he requested shirts to be folded... went to pick up - truck was late was told to be back in 30 min and that the lady did not select folding of shirts which was requested when dropped of.... went back at 6 pm suit was there but shirts were not.... they delivered the shirts at 7:30 pm at hotel we were staying at and have delayed his departure to airport. In addition one sweater is missing. Terrible service, if I could give a negative rating I would. Do not recommend ever using this dry cleaners. read more

Great location next to the State Liquor store. Pleasant clerks, same day service which I needed. Please check out the Liquor Essentials inside. Perfect place to buy Bitters, Beer and mixers. read more

Probably the worst dry cleaners I have been to. Rude and unprofessional staff. Was told my items would be ready by 5pm Friday but only half of my items were ready. The Next day I go to pickup my items are lost due to the removal of a barcode. Would not recommend this place and would gladly drive to Salt Lake City for a better service read more

The worst dry cleaning service ever! I took two rugs in to be cleaned and paid for the services in full for both rugs. One rug was fine but the other more expensive rug was totally torn along all the edges and was literally falling apart. I asked for a refund and the attendant said he couldn't give me a refund with the manager being there. He said she would call me and take care of it over the phone. No surprise, the manager never called. I have called multiple times each week leaving messages and voice mails. This place is untrustworthy and irresponsible. I don't know how they are in business!! read more

I've been getting my dry cleaning done at this store for nearly two years. No more! I took back a shirt that they processed that had a large mark on it made from their equipment. This was a very nice, white french cuff shirt. I showed it to the counter person as well as the owner who happened to be there at the time. Not a word from either one. Normal business practices would have dictated at the very least, a 'sorry', we'll take care of it. I've put up with the sour-puss counter folks for a long time, but I also know that the fish stinks from the head down. When the only thing that an employee can say when you drop off cleaning is, "do you want to pay for this now or when you pick it up?", you know you've got a business that just doesn't understand the concept of good customer service. I'll take my dry cleaning down the valley before I ever go back to this place again. read more

Update: latest experience, this place is an absolute dump. Saying the service is terrible would be a compliment. Just went in with my wife to pick up her jacket she left for dry cleaning. The 15 year old clerk insisted the jacket was already paid and picked up over a week ago. My wife had to ask her multiple times to just please go check since she never picked it up. Low and behold after 10 seconds looking she came out with my wife's jacket. My wife thanked her and got zero response. This place is literally the worst - can someone please open another dry cleaners in PC??? read more

Absolutely the worst. They loose clothes. Additionally, to pour salt in the wound: Pants are $9 per pant for dry cleaning Shirts for laundry are over $4 Go elsewhere! Also, I had a miserable experience in the past with the alteration guy, Humberto. I needed a quick fix on my Tux, dropped off the cuff, and On my wedding day he told me he didn't care and said "tough", I can't wait an extra three minutes for me to arrive. Classy joint. Go to SPC or better yet, open up your own place and you should kill it with decent pricing read more

Absolutely the worst shirt laundry I have ever used. Wrinkles that are ironed in the shirt. Shirts smell terrible after being laudered. Collars and cuffs that need to be ironed before I can wear the shirt. Over priced and lousy service. Have had trouble finding my order on the appointed day to be delivered without any explanation. Terrible experience. If I could give this place less than one star I would! read more

We were in Park CIty for a get-away weekend, had some clothes that we had to have back on a "RUSH" basis (due to some stains that we picked up at a restaurant). Edgemont Cleaners did a fantastic job, understood our situation and got the clothes back to us in record time. We had never used this cleaner before, as we're from out of town, but they treated us like we were old loyal customers. THANK YOU -- great service and reasonably priced. read more

I took my skirt into Humberto to have the zipper fixed, it was pulling apart, and he charged me $15. I wore the skirt to work after he "fixed" the zipper, and it pulled apart again. I took it back to him and he basically said I was too fat for the skirt. Already wondering if this was the case I had asked my mom to take a look at the skirt on me to make sure my being too fat for the skirt wasn't the case. She didn't think that was the issue but instead thought the issue had more to do with how high up the zipper goes. So, I told him I had my mom look at the zipper while I had the skirt on to see if that was the case, and she didn't think that was the issue. So, he had me try the skirt on to see if indeed I'm too fat the skirt. When I came out of the dressing room he didn't say anything about me being too fat for the skirt, but that he fixed the zipper and he doesn't know why it's not working properly. Frustrated I tell him I'll take it back to where I bought it and see what they suggest. He never offered me my money back, but he did say he was sorry he didn't understand why it wasn't working. I think I got took for $15, and I'm not convinced he did much of anything the first time I took my skirt into him except realign the teeth of the zipper. Needless to say I won't be taking any future alterations to him. I'm giving him one star because he was kind about it, and he accommodated my timely need for my skirt. read more

Brought a sweater in that had a stain on it and they said they could get it out. Got it back with the stain and they still charged me. Asked to speak with the owner and they never called.Edgemont Cleaners, Plaza Dry Cleaners, Sparkling Dry Cleaners, all the same company GO ELSEWHERE read more

If there was less than one star available, I would give it. Worst possible customer service on the planet. They regularly leave my dress pants with two creases. I've repeatedly brought it to their attention but it keeps happening. Happened again recently with a brand-new suit pant. My wife once again brought it to their attention and asked for a credit. After much unnecessary arguing over the phone, they agreed to it. Today she went to pick up the jacket and pants and they tried to charge her. They argued with her that they never offered a credit. My wife just about blew a gasket but she persisted, then the manager Carly handed her the suit and basically yelled at her saying "just take it", turned her back and stormed off. We have been taking our cleaning there for 13 years and have spent $1000's of dollars. They regularly do a lousy job and are not accountable for their poor service. Then even after agreeing to a $13 credit, they try and retract it. Absolutely pathetic. Even though it's extremely inconvenient, we will find another cleaner in the valley. read more

This dry cleaning business is a joke! Took my Canada Goose coat there and they ruined it! Nancy the manager admitted that the "kid" who took my coat in failed to tag it as a piece of clothing which required special handling. She stated that the owners would make it right because my business is important to them. Obviously not the case! Nancy then gave me the excuse that they had to send my coat to some dry cleaning industry specialist to determine if it was a manufacturer defect. I knew than that they would not take ownership of their negligence. I sent numerous texts which I knew Nancy read (uh, might want to take your "read" notification down) left her voicemail messages, also numerous times and even went it to speak to her. Of course she was never available. She ignored all attempts to contact her and lied about everything! Always her answer was that the owner has your coat, or the owner will call you, or the owner is waiting to receive it back from the specialist...well neither Craig nor Larry ever bothered to contact me. As far as I am concerned their customer service is horrible. Beware if you bring your clothing pieces to Edgemont! I will not be using them or any of the other cleaners in PC since they are all owned by the same people. Finally did get my ruined coat back after 3 months, but was a shame that I had to demand that it be at the store or I would take legal action. Baffled why it even had to get to that point. read more

Worst of the worst! Like other reviewer, I've been going here for years for the convenience, putting up with cranky front desk personal and average dry cleaning. Also had a mark left by their machine, sent my blouse back twice, no apology, no refund and no explanation. Turns out every dry cleaner in park city is owned by these folks (Edgemont & Sparkling). I'm now taking my things to Salt Lake City and/or using one of the cleaners that picks up and deliver from SLC. Had great luck with City Dry Cleaners-hole in the wall, but cheerful service and outstanding quality, better pricing and turn-around for really delicate and expensive clothing. read more

I have taken my dry cleaning there multiple times because the location is convenient and it comes back ironed and starched but still dirty. Another company was able to get them clean each time. I will never go here again. read more

Very expensive $8.18 to dry clean one short-sleeve casual shirt. But the even bigger problem is the terrible customer service. Much like the prior review, even when there's no one else in the store they ignore you until you say something! They make it pretty clear that they are incredibly disdainful of having to deal with customers. Overall, very poor experience and we will not be returning again. read more
