The receptionists/desk people couldn't care less about what you're there for and the vet is very standoffish and not very friendly. I've seen animals flopped onto tables when they are prepared for surgeries. I know it's a vet's office that also keep animals for you while you're away, but the smell... it was straight up feces. Please don't take your animals here. I'm a huge animal lover and I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to that place.

For example, she got clearance for pool therapy for Sookie, which is stressful in the sense that the water places stress resistance on the heart to exercise. Again, the cardiologist informed Dr. Dunphy, as she did me, that she doesn't want us to limit Sookie. Sookie is doing such a good job. I can tell from the kindness Kayli shows Sookie that she also cares for my dog. Right after the second session. Sookie was tired, but the next day she perked up, wagged her tail, and was back to walking outside, sniffing, and enjoying nature. By the way, Sookie is 17 and 1/2 years old. LOL! I think she's trying to reach the bottom of the pool by stretching her paws downward. We had to unexpectedly euthanize our sweet old Labrador. We did NOT research anything just knew we…read moredidn't want her to suffer. We reached out to CVets. They used a pet gurney to comfortably get her out the car. They put us in a private room where we could say goodbye to her. It was so much nicer than we expected. The room is not pictured as we weren't thinking about anything but our sweet girl. They partnered with Faithful Companions to conduct the cremation. Today, we picked up our pups remains and just lost it. Faithful companions not only cremated our pup as we requested, they collected a paw print and a locket of her fur. Just so thoughtful. We will be forever grateful for their attention to detail. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I showed up for my new appointment only to be told that they needed to reschedule again. The receptionist stated that she called me earlier and left me a voicemail. Obviously I didn't get the message and never called back to reschedule. The receptionist just assumed I received the message and never tried to recall. My appointment was at noon and I was told that they could squeeze him in, but it wouldn't be till after 5pm. I wasn't just going leave him, so I left. customer lost!!
