Finding a good groomer is difficult and finding one in the Covid era that didn't have a two month waiting list even harder but they were able to get me in in just over a week. I've never tried a mobile groomer before but I liked that they came to you and they could meet your dog on their territory and you can even walk them into their grooming mobile to get them settled. It's a nice set up that runs on a generator and they have their own water so no hook up needed. Our groomer was Lindsay and she was really sweet and Liesel probably would have gone home with her. About an hour or so, she was washed, groomed and she managed to cut her nails which is not easy because she hates it with a passion. She smells good, looks good and you can see her pretty puppy dog eyes now. I have no problem recommending this service unequivocally. Clippendales to the rescue!

This experience was truly upsetting, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your pet and want a grooming service that listens to your instructions and treats your pet with respect, avoid this place at all costs.

We have had excellent experiences with Petropolitan. We have had our pup groomed there several…read moretimes since we adopted him earlier this year, and he has looked great every time. The best part of our experience has been that the staff at Petropolitan are happy to work with us even though our pup is anxious around other dogs. Chain pet store groomers have turned us away because of that, but Petropolitan has always done a great job of reassuring us that they would be able to handle our dog. The staff has a note card with all of our dog's information written on it, so they know his needs at each appointment. We have worked mostly with Tina and once with Diane. Both have done a great job - they make sure to understand what we want (length of hair, shape of tail, etc.) and they deliver exactly what we ask. Most recently our dog came home with a cute holiday bandana!! The prices are very fair - comparable to what we used to pay at chain pet store groomers, but with far better service. A couple things to note: (1) Because Petropolitan is a small business, they only accept cash or check. (2) Their schedule fills up very quickly (~a month in advance). If you're looking to schedule an appointment, be sure to call in ASAP! We are happy to support this small business and will continue to do so.
