I went…read morein a few months ago soon after getting the loan. the lady helped me setup the ach and I wanted to do a date change. she said you must make a payment to change the date so I did. turns out the payment was made to the savings account instead of the car payment. So the date change didn't take because the payment wasn't made. Today they said the payment didn't go through because the account didn't exist. when I setup the ach the loan officer filled out the paperwork. So all in all this has been the biggest headache I have ever had dealing with a bank. I will be refinancing very soon

I do not advertise my personal phone number publicly, they had no right in their predatory commercial misappropriation of my business logo and copyright protected photography to try to sell it back to me in an ad and demand payment. Her caring kindness, by itself, helped my husband's healing swifter. It is rare when you find a person who truly cares ... especially when it is a business and the owner won't let you pay for otherwise pretty expensive products!

VERY rude and unnecessary behavior toward the customers, even toward the sweet, polite man who offered to lift a box. The store lost $75 minimum with their rude behavior.
