Stay far away-- this place is dirty, pedicure was gross, and they tried to scam me. I came in as a walk-in at 4:30pm on a Saturday for a pedicure. I asked for the signature pedicure ($45) which includes a 15 minute massage. I asked one woman sitting by the door who seemed like the owner or management, how much it would be to add on 15 extra minutes of massage and she said $1/ minute. I agreed to that price. The pedicure was not great. None of the tools seemed sanitized, the tubs were not super clean, and the aesthetician was covered in stains. The cloth they wrapped me in literally looked like it had feces on it (see photos). The massage was lackluster and done with scrub, which didn't feel good (as opposed to with lotion). The paint job was super sloppy (see attached). Then it came time to pay and the aesthetician said it was $75. I told her that it should be $60 based on the quote from the front worker who seemed to have left the salon. She argued with me that the woman who gave the quote "didn't know what she was talking about" and the total was $75. I politely corrected her, explaining that when a customer agrees to a service at a certain price, it is not legal or ethical for the fee to be changed at the end. She argued with me and I asked to talk to the woman who gave me the quote. She then became petulant and rude and said "FINE! $65!" I pulled out the calculator to confirm that the total was $60 ($45 + $15). She said that the woman that I spoke to by the door wrote down $65. I told her that that's an error, and showed her the math again. I told her I'd like to tip 20% on $60, with the total being $72-- in hindsight this was generous for the service I got. She came back for me to sign and was extremely impatient, hovering over me and yanking the receipt from me and then a first in my adult life: she aggressively RIPPED the toe separators out of my toes and smudged the paint lol. Truly, I have never in my life been treated so rudely or had a worse experience. read more

Found on google maps search and I'm so glad I found this gem! Professional phone call for a last minute walk in. They have many color options and even the new trendy Dip nail polish! There aren't a lot of places that offer matte gel and I'm so over joyed with my nails! Tram did a perfect job and I definitely will be back when I can:) Such a great deal: $25 for a gel mani and $45 for dip mani. Call for other pricing. Made an Appointment for 430, when I got the it was just a man and woman working with one customer getting her nails done. The man started the pedicure and it was awful. The polish is sloppy and he cut my toes crooked. I mentioned it before polish, he chuckled an said its cold no one will see it. I said I would..... I got Sns on my nails. I've tried giving this place a chance...but the supposed Kenny and Mike everyone raves about are gone. Each time I go, I end up with the same woman. She's nice but has terrible technique and attention to detail. Her removal of my shellac involves a bad job of wrapping my nails thereby requiring her to use the motorized sander to remove the rest of the polish she hasn't already tried chipping off with the metal scraper (ouch!) I've left each time with jagged not fully filed nails and ripped up nail beds. Or when I got a pedicure, a completely bumpy and messy paint job. I get that the past two visits were just a polish removal, but at least clean under my new bare nails and file/buff them so I don't snag my clothes!!! Also, I find the prices to be a bit high. The place is a bit rundown with people not working literally sleeping in the pedicure chairs. Show some professionalism! read more

And, most importantly, he knows his shit (from "Coffin", to "Stiletto", to "Thotiana" - he has got your back)! And, unlike other techs, if you tell him that you do not like something that he has done, instead of arguing, he fixes it immediately. He always has suggestions, but ultimately values you and yours. I have always had really good luck here, but the last full set I got here was so terrible. I tried dip powder for the first time and my nails ended up lumpy and uneven, you can literally look at them and each nail is different and honestly the best word to describe them is thick and lumpy. Not to mention I asked for them to be round, and ended up with Stiletto shaped nails. I had to go home and file them myself and re shape them. I was super upset with this $60 manicure but to top it off a week later the nails started lifting and popping off. Worst manicure I've ever gotten. I won't be back. read more

They not only remembered me but asked how I was doing and were very personable while still being professional. I've been here three or four times and they seem kind of inconsistent. The first time, my dip turned out beautiful. Second time-my birthdaY-, my dip was so awful I didn't want to look at my hands for weeks. I tried to take the best picture but for the most part they made my hand feel huge and clunky and the nails were wider than my actually nail beds and sadly uneven. The next visit was to remove those and then recently I was in a hurry and got them done one more time and they were just okay.. still uneven and the lady seemed rushed. My cuticles were only trimmed the first time I went and ever since I've had to file and trim my nails as soon as I got home.. I have to say... I have never seen such a horrible nail job in my life, watched the tech acknowledge it (she acknowledged that my nails weren't shiny like they should be after a full shellac) -AND- still charge the full price. I paid for a full acrylic set for my daughter and I and while my daughter's turned out acceptably (still not wonderful by any means), mine are crooked, shellac is missing, and it's not even 4hrs later. We walked out with my nails "done" and looking like a train wreck. I asked for almond nails and at least one looks like a diamond, smaller on the bottom and the top and the middle is all fat. The pinky on my right hand is missing 1/4 of the shellac. How does an aesthetician miss something like that and call it good????? I just want to rip the nails off, that's how embarrassing it is to be seen looking like this. Almost $100 (tip included) to be frustrated to the point of tears. We judged by the reviews but, do your homework and pay attention to who you're getting. Not everyone who works here is qualified to even touch nails. Tram is truly family and treats me the same. I have been going to her for years now and have brought many friends to become a regular of hers. She really focuses on her technique and spends time perfecting her work, but she is efficient as well. I have gotten everything from natural gel manicures, to short acrylics, to very long acrylics and I have been impressed every time. Big selection of colors and is always willing to do a simple design. She listens to the client and if anything goes wrong through the week before a fill, she is always willing to fix it. I called earlier in the day for a 4pm appointment. There were a few people ahead of me, and I waited on the sofa for 4pm to come around. The previous appointment was taking longer than expected, so I had to wait until about 4:15pm. The staff was apologetic, friendly, and had good communication on the reason for the wait, and they gave me a discount after the appointment to make up for my extra waiting time! This is my second professional application of nails, and I enjoyed this salon more than the last one! My nail technician- I think her name was Lee?- was talkative, friendly, and warm in her personality. My nail shape is almost perfect, there are a few little spots that I might want to change, but overall I would say these nails are an A-. The shellac application is very tidy and the lines are clean, which is really important to me. The nail technician made sure to ask me about the shape and nail polish design several times, and was not bothered when I asked that she make slight changes so I got what I wanted. I was offered tea, wine, or water more than once during my service, which was nice, too. I will come back again, and hopefully bring my mom along with me! read more

I work nearby and my regular place has all new staff so I thought I'd try out Edge Instyle by my job. I made an appointment on the phone. I was warmly greeted upon entering. Kenny did my nails and he was so kind and professional! He recommended mixing gel colors to get the look I showed him a pinterest picture of. Danielle painted them for me. The color mixing worked wonderfully. It's two days later and I have already received so many compliments! I love my short stiletto shape too. The place is busy, clean, has nice ambiance, nice music (mariah carey, usher, 90's r&b mix), clean, candle lit bathroom, and nice gel color options to chose from. They also do lash extensions!! Update: After reading my review, Vu ( one of the nail technicians) reached out and asked me to come in and see him so he could redo my nails for free. Vu will be my new go to guy, make sure you book an appointment with him. He will give you top notch service and lovely nails. I have been coming to this salon ever 2 weeks for a few months now. I have been very pleased with most of my manicures and pedicures but I think this will be my last one. Today I spend one hour and fifteen minutes for a gel shellac manicure. I also had a broken nail so I asked to get my extention replaced as it turned soft from taking off the previous gel nail polish. The woman doing my nails wanted to keep my old extention on even though it was so soft I could fold it in two. After insisting multiple times that I wanted a new extention she gave me one. After she attached the extention she filed it down and rounded it out like my other nails. However the extention was much longer than any of my other nails and I asked her if she could file it down shorter to match the rest...I had to ask her twice because the nail was so long. At this point I could tell she was irritated with me and she didn't hide it well. I have had nail extentions before (the kind you get when your nails are long but one breaks) and I know she did not do the job correctly. She kept spraying the pink and white gel ( the kind used for acrylic nails) with alcohol to rub most of it off. This ended up leaving an unleavened extension that did not look sturdy. After the extension was put on she started with the nail polish (OPI red color). The color is not even and has untidy edges. I know red is a tough color to work with but it can be done. Again all of this took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I felt like she was irritated with me for just being there and her irritation showed in her work. After my nails were finished she went back and did an additional coat on my left hand and two on my right. That means I have 3 coats of gel on my left hand and 4 on my right. My nails are now 2 different shades of red with untidy edges and my extention is now chipped from her filing down the left over residue under my nail. Again, I liked this place a lot because I could always just walk in and get a good mani pedi but after having 2 bad experiences here, I will be going else where. A good mani pedi depends on attention to detail. read more
