I kept my hair short and didn't need a stylist of her caliber until recently when Wifey asked me to grow my hair out. So, I did but I didn't know what to do with it and it grew in unexpectedly curly! Jenn may have other specialties, but I've always known her to have magical talents with curly hair. Wifey made an appointment for me and I'll be a loyal patron from now on based on that experience. I got a style, an education about curly hair, entertainment, an affordable fancy schmancy product (turns out my all-in-one body wash, breakfast beverage, shampoo, and earlobe lube wouldn't work anymore), and a bit of confidence about how to handle my new luscious locks. Most importantly, Wifey was pleased with the outcome. I went to Jenn. I liked it. I'll be back soon.

They are advocates of some of the best beauty and hair products, and always have the best attitudes to back it up. For the most part, I am styled by Hollie, Allison, or Wendy; however, plenty of other ladies are as equally qualified!! They have a variety of services besides hair... such as, nails, make-up consolations, waxing, and even tanning. There is also a boutique in the front of the salon with items that range from clothing to jewelry, to premium beauty products, etc. The team moved salons last year... and what an upgrade! I had no idea what to expect, but I was so excited. What an experience it was! I have never had a stylist be as in depth and knowledgable about my hair type, as Taylor. She said if I booked the last appointment that I would not have to. I booked for daughters hair appointment(for June 1, 2021)and she refused to allow us in without a mask even with exception. She said she never heard of an exception before. This was the worst experience ever. Taylor showed zero customer service. I'm also not sure if she was discriminating due to race. She is the one who told me to book last appointment and not have to wear a mask. She said since March 2021 rules are more strict. I told her that is not true. Mask rules have been eased since March. She said she was in fear of having her business shut down. I told her there are exceptions to mask and she is the one who told me it was OK when I booked. Very odd behavior by an owner of salon. She needs to be educated to not lie to customers.
