So what they did was,combine hot and jalepeno together. Jalepeno is only for flavor here they said. So i combined em. It was probably the best sausage i have ever had. It was pretty spicy, but thats how we like it. My dad even thinks its the best he has had. No added msg, or flavorings. Just good clean spicy sausage. I did 80\20 of wild hog to their pork for some fat, but was not greasy even the slightest. They also vacuum sealed my pork in individual portions of steaks and backstraps for me, since i am pretry much the only one at home who eats wild game. That was so awesome they would do that for me, cause its a lot more work, but they didnt care. Perfect customer service. Hog ready in 3 days! I cant wait to try their deer sausage this year. They even have an overnight drop system if you come at off hours. Cant beat it, and price was good too.
