It wasn't even chopped fresh in front of us; it was sitting in a big pan, and there was absolutely no barbecue flavor at all. My wife and I each took one bite and couldn't eat it. We ended up throwing the whole thing away. We also tried my son's brisket, and it was just as disappointing. No smoky flavor, no real brisket taste -- just bland and forgettable.
