What a great place to relax and enjoy some good food. We enjoyed the brisket sandwiches and fries onsite but then took a sampling of meats home. We took a quick bite of turkey and it was outstanding. First of all the guy is top notch - so friendly and truly gets to know his customers and continually asked if he could get us anything or how we liked it. But the FOOD!!! A group of us visited Weaver's last Saturday & everything about the experience was amazing. We ordered the 'Whole Kit & Kaboodle' and it was amazing. The smoked meatloaf was yummy and the truffle Mac and cheese was other worldly. The staff were very cool and paid us a lot of attention which was really refreshing.
