It was very refreshing and we couldn't wait to see what was next. The biscuits were served warm and not too dense with a side of chicken juice, flaky salt and sesame seeds. Hot sauce and syrup on the table. The deviled eggs were pickled and devine! Wish there was more on the plate , we gobbled them up in no time. We didnt feel rushed. The waitress, Amber was super attentive and almost didn't notice her filling our water or removing soiled plates. The extra crispy fried chicken was amazing. Almost too pretty to eat but we dug in! The lemon and dill.was a great touch. Not overcooked either. The pickled watermelon was different and simply amazing! A must try for sure. The Mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy, perfectly salted amd served in the cutest cast iron- nice touch. The meatloaf.is very different with pulled beef, smoked and pressed. Totally a new way to eat meatloaf. Thought it could have used a little more seasoning but thats being super picky. Mashed potatoes perfect we ctly creamy and broccoli not overcooked at all. The trout amd risotto was perfect also beautiful. We will definitely be back, for brunch and the trail hike. Go!! Its beautiful and amazing.

I ordered the chicken pot pie, which was absolutely delicious the first time I had it -- big chunks of white meat chicken, lots of veggies, wonderful flavor. Last night, I remembered why I typically don't eat chicken pot pie. Literally nothing but crust, a few small pieces of chicken and a handful of peas and carrots. $19. Shame on me for not sending it back. I told my server how disappointed I was. His response? I'll let the kitchen know. When he returned with my bill I was offered a free dessert. Are you kidding me? I had to go find dinner. No discount or apology. Very dismissive. Additionally, the restaurant was way too warm. Cost cutting all the way around? Definitely avoid!

Once we walked in, it felt like we went back in time and it was very whimsical. Our bartender Nick was amazing and so personable. They had an extensive wall of all kinds of liquor and I loved how it was all spread out and not neat and tidy. You could tell Nick was very knowledgeable and had passion for the mixology of cocktails. He made a killer smoked old fashioned and kept us company. We enjoyed the vibe even though it wasn't busy but Nick really made it a great time!

In my opinion: I should patronize the business and tip the band if I like them, and the business that hired them should pay them. No? With that, I'd bookmarked Crow & Quill on my Asheville to-do list and walked over from our hotel, so we paid and proceeded to the bar. After grabbing our first round, we were fortunate to find great seats in the packed house. Thankfully, I enjoyed the "surprise band" and they added to our first experience (and our tab) at Crow & Quill. lol... Cheers!

Usually we come around 10ish and there's a small wait or the place is just really packed (even outdoor seating). But today we stopped around 8:30 and there was only a couple of tables taken up. We were greeted with a smile right away and taken to a table. We were given 2 different menus. One containing the different breakfast and brunch options they offer and the second one with the coffees and alcoholic beverages. Once you look at the menu you see that there is a lot of the basic breakfast options you can find at other restaurants. But what also makes the menu different is that they offer latin breakfast and lunch items like huevos rancheros, huevos con chorizo, tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. Since it was so early I decided to go with the huevos rancheros since I've never had them here before. I also decided to go with the honey bear latte (iced) with oat milk as my drink for this morning. My latte was really good! It had hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and honey. The oat milk mixed in perfectly making the latte have a nice creamy taste. Once my dish came out I was happy at the presentation of the plate. I ordered my eggs overhard and they came topped with salsa roja, queso fresco, and cilantro. All of this was placed on top of a fried tortilla and given to me with a side of home fries. Over all I did like the dish. I will say the salsa roja threw me off because I expected it to be a little more spicy, however it had a more citrus/lime taste to it. The home fries however were a 10/10 for me, I liked how crispy they were and how I didn't need to add more salt and pepper to them. Overall I really did enjoy my time this morning at Arabella's. Our server was super nice and attentive with us. The atmosphere is calming. Also it's nice to see the people of Hendersonville coming in and supporting this local business. If you're from the area or a tourist definitely check this place out. You wont be dissapointed.

In the 1.5 years since, it's still the place I most often come back to in Hendersonville, despite sampling the food and beer at basically every place in town! I love the ambiance of the old converted gas station, the fact that you can sit inside or outside (and on chilly days, they don't skimp on the heaters) and the carousel of great food trucks that are always there. I love that you're not limited to one brewery's offerings, and instead have options from local NC establishments to interesting brews from all over the country. The bartenders know their regulars and are absolutely awesome, and I LOVE that I can take my pup, take my family, take my laptop---whatever the circumstances, Blue Ridge Beer Garden is the place to be. ALSO, it should be noted that in sleepy Hendo (where some restaurants close as early as 8 pm--why??), Blue Ridge Beer Garden is blessedly open till 10.
