Carole is truly gifted at what she does: gentle, precise, knowledgeable, and so professional. She really cares about your skin, your comfort, and your results. Her spa is always spotless, beautifully organized, and incredibly welcoming. My skin has changed dramatically since starting treatments, even my very first microneedling session made a noticeable difference. I wish I kept before and after pictures to show the transformation. The facials are unbelievably relaxing, and dermaplaning leaves me glowing every time. The products she carries are high-quality and genuinely worth it. This is the kind of self-care investment you'll want to keep coming back for. Highly, highly recommend!

The hydration step was a game-changer--my skin felt plump and moisturized like never before. The serum infusion tailored to my skin's needs gave me an instant glow. One of the standout features of the HydraFacial is that it's completely non-invasive with no downtime. I was able to go about my day immediately after with my skin looking radiant. The results were noticeable right away, and my complexion has continued to improve in the days following the treatment. The provider moved the microneedling device across my face so aggressively that it felt like my skin was being scraped rather than treated. It was very painful, and I didn't feel like my comfort or pain level was taken into consideration. The door was locked and there were no cars in the lot, which made me nervous, but I was early so I just rang the Ring doorbell. No one answered. I peeked inside and it looked closed (only lights I could see were the ones around the giant lobby mirror), but there was a sign saying everyone was with customers, so I didn't panic. 5:10 - still no response when I rang the bell, so I tried calling the number. I got a voicemail. 5:15 - called again, still voicemail, then I rang the doorbell like ten times, but still nothing. (It's a Ring bell--shouldn't someone be able to see that there's a customer at the door?) I waited until 5:20, but at this point, I was boiling hot because it was 85 degrees and they have no shade anywhere in their parking lot. I was worried I'd get a sunburn. I was also pretty upset by this point, as I had a feeling they'd forgotten about my appointment. I ended up making an appointment with a different spa down the street (shout-out to Harmony Massage & Spa for taking me on such short notice and helping get all those knots out, I highly recommend them!), and while I was in that appointment, Aracieli from Lotus called and said "I apologize, I had a mix-up with the time." In today's day and age of phone organization and calendar reminders, that just doesn't seem responsible to me. Not to mention, I received THREE reminders about the appointment in the days leading up to it. I guess they don't receive the same reminders that their customers do? I can't speak for the quality of service, as I received none, but if you book with these people, I HIGHLY recommend calling at least 1-2 days before your appointment and confirming with an actual person that someone will be there, because if you check their reviews, I am not the first person this has happened to.

She even walked past me outside with her client to take photos of her nails while already running late af. I appreciated that. I even apologized because I felt like I came off so rude, but can you blame me? If my birthday wasn't the next day, I would've tried to find somewhere else to go.. I spent like $165 on a pedicure and gel x set with designs. Please see the designs in my photo. I did compliment my nails, I did tell her that I'd really liked them because the French she did on my toes was good! but when I got home and actually examined the work on my hands up close, the chrome isn't even that well done. The designs she drew on were sloppy! I posted my nails in a nail fb group for an opinion on my nails and experience and everyone told me it was 100% not worth what I paid. They said the execution was bad and she was unprofessional, which I agree. They were even surprised she didn't give any type of courtesy discount considering how late she was. $3 off my callus removal is not sufficient lol. They have a 15 minute grace period for late clients, they should really have something in place for when their techs are 40+ mins late. I honestly wouldn't come back. Way way overpriced.
