HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I called to ask if the only way to make a deposit was through the app that was listing while making an appointment, I got a very rude text message. The lack of customer that I received through that text message was just awful!! They clearly feel entitled to be rude and not care to give excellent customer service, or at least decent if expecting excellent it too high for their standards. If I am going to spend $130 for a facial, I at least expect a decent first time impression. They clearly didn't care about my service so I will take it elsewhere! Please do show a screenshot of our conversation through via text message, it will show you lack of customer service you put into new potential clients. FYI: when I booked the appointment for the 21st of November, it stated if I don't make a deposit within so many hours it will be canceled. So clearly, I did not make the deposit so I did not need to worry coming to the appointment because it stated that it will cancelled if I did not make the deposit. I decided to go to Christy for my post op care and I can honestly say it was the best decision I made. 2 days post op I was bleeding a lot and freaking out prior to my appointment with her. Christy went out of her way to stop by my house before her clients and make sure everything was okay. I went to my lymphatic drainage appointment and she was very patient and informative. Came across Bella Diosa on IG when I was looking for a place to go to for my post-op lymphatic massages. I messaged her on IG and she replied with a TON of questions for me to answer.
