I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. I was able to get it in the dates I needed and they originally told me a week, but it was done in 3 days! They called with updates, worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and made the whole process simple. Even though the location wasn't as convenient as others, I am glad I decided to use them.

Wow!!! I just picked up my car from the repair shop. Everything looked brand new again. When I picked it up, the car was super clean on the inside and out. I am super impressed with the detail and care to bring my car back to new. Service was great. I was informed constantly about when my car was going to be expected, and the receptionist would leave a message if I did not pick up. I guess the only downside was that my car was in the shop for 1 month instead of an expected 1 week, but as long as they took care of it, I was satisfied. The location is also right in the same lot as Enterprise so it made renting a car and drop off easy and quick. Thanks again Gerber!
