With 9 locations in NJ and overall decent reviews, I I called before heading over to ensure they had the tire I needed. I spoke to JR who was super friendly and present. I drove over, checked in, dropped my keys off, and waited. He told me it would be about an hour (which turned out to be an accurate estimate). The good news is they said they were able to patch up the tire and I didn't need to buy a new one! I was surprised and relieved. They also ensured my wheels were balanced and that the rest of the tires had no issues. Overall, I had a positive experience here and would recommend their services.

They kept my vehicle for nearly an entire MONTH and still failed to fix a basic transmission issue. Even worse, their diagnosis changed depending on what was convenient for them. At first, I was told I needed a completely new transmission--an extremely expensive repair. The moment I informed them that I had an active warranty on a rebuilt transmission from another Chevrolet dealership in Pennsylvania, they suddenly reversed course and claimed it only needed a repair. That kind of blatant inconsistency is a massive red flag. The communication is an absolute joke. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and updates are nonexistent. I literally had to show up in person just to get someone to acknowledge me and provide any kind of information. Service advisors Gino and Bill, along with the manager Brian, showed zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero respect for my time. Leaving a customer without answers for weeks while their vehicle sits there is completely unacceptable. This wasn't just poor service--it felt like total disregard for the customer. This is, without question, the worst customer service experience I've ever had in ANY industry. Save yourself the time, stress, and aggravation--do NOT bring your vehicle here.
