We went back to ask for our money back and he asked if we even got the tire fixed there, like he didn't even know who we were. He said he would fix it again but said he would not give a refund. Once I told him no thank you, he started to get aggressive with me after I explained that we were taking it somewhere else because we did not want to risk anything with a long road trip. Once we took it to the dealership they told us there was a nail in the tire, which means this tire shop did nothing but put air in the tire. This situation is a bit disappointing because I like to give part of my business to local businesses. Needless to say, I won't be going back here and I would recommend for others to stay away.
