My last balance and tire rotation. They didn't torque my lug nuts to spec. Two broke off and the other 3 were loose, after 1463 miles. Fact is all four wheels had lug nuts that needed to be tightened up. No excuse for this. This could have been life threatening, Think about driving 70 Mph on the interstate and your wheel comes off !!! Sad thing is this wasn't the first time with them, two years ago one lug nut came off after a rotation / balance... So I filled my insurance claim and chose them to do the work. I thought this company was up for the task. So it took them about a week to put the bumper on and even then it was not put on properly. So I noticed a gap in my hood after the owner Greg and his wife told me the car was done. They were going to send me away from their place of business with my car just thrown back together any kind of way. So now here I am it's been almost a year later. And I had to take the car back because the bumper is coming a loss on the sides. I paid these people $2000 to fix my vehicle properly I should not have to come back to their business because their work should be quality, which it is not. So after I took the car back to show the owner Greg how the car and his work looked after almost a years time. He mine as well had ran me away from his auto body shop. I guess he thought I was just trying to get something for nothing when I paid for quality work and got non quality work. He was very argumentative with me and just overall nasty about the car.
