After,less that 10,000 miles the treads have lessen to almost none left,the tires are unsafe because they are making loud noises, and I almost loss control when my car skidded and slided,there was a small amount of water in the streets, tires are dangerous and can cause me to have a accident. I have called the business, went to the business emailed the contact, the manager refused to do anything about the tires, all they care about is the money,they don't care about my safety.The business did not contact Hercules, the manufacturer, they refused to do anything about the defective, unsafe, poor quality and horrible tires, this is a horrible bad business and I don't recommend them, they sold me these bad tires and refused to honor the warranty. I don't believe that Gray's has been doing any of the work I paid them for,if they weren't a dealer, they had no right to sale me this junk, I have tried numerous times to resolve these issues, however, they have ignored my emails, my phone calls, I showed the manager the tires and he ignored them. Three other businesses have stated that the tires are bad and need to be replaced one business called Gray's, to tell them about the tires and he didn't want to talk to him, this horrible bad business took my money and are ignoring me,they are rhe worst poor excuse for a business and a so called business, they didn't treat me right as a customer. I absolutely do not recommend this business, because they are not trustworthy and they sold me bad tires and refused to honor the warranty I paid for.
