They do not provide any information or documents, it is illegal. If you need to file a complaint or sue, please see below. They mostly accept cash, the tax office may be able to help. I couldn't find this store on Google, but I found the registered address on the government website: 526 N New St, Allentown, PA 18102. They also offer junk car recycling services and are registered at 711 Mill St, Allentown, PA 18103. They also parked the looted vehicle at 757 Mill St, Allentown, PA 18103, so the area is theirs. There is also an Azar Towing next door, located at 709 Mill St, Allentown, PA 18103, which should also be theirs. There are recycled vehicles on their official website, then the information matches. The mailing address is 6576 Central Road, New Tripoli, PA 18066. Another azar towing is located at 2708 Limestone St, Coplay, PA 18037 read more

Such a scam company. Should be shut down immediately. They swore and were rude and unreasonable and charged way too much

We are going to APD tomorrow and then contacting the state attorney General. They towed my vehicle from the lot by mary-anns donuts while we went to the parade! We had permission to park in that lot but they didn't care. $475 in cash to get my vehicle out. They said it had to be cash no cards. Who carries that much cash today? That is very excessive and I wonder who authorized them to tow vehicles from that lot. They could have towed anybody's vehicle. They said it was a tow away zone but the only tow away zone sign is for the fire lane! This is an absolute scam! Oh and like the others they would not provide a receipt or invoice. Isn't Allentown parking authority normally in charge of things like that! read more

please don't use this service they're very shady and will prey on you by the laundry mat next to the Dominican Consul. They over charge also. Bankrupt this company asap they will take your money not even caring that you're not from their city and not familiar with the parking law. read more

I had a terrible experience with Eddie's Emergency Tow. My party parked in what we thought was a reasonable spot while we ran into a store to pick up an order, but apparently, anything that's not an "obvious" parking space is considered "illegal" by the tow agent. We saw the tow truck arrive and immediately rushed outside, demanding the car be released. Unfortunately, our request was flatly denied. They ended up charging us $425 just to release the vehicle, and it had to be paid in cash. This is an inflated rate, especially during hard times when not everyone can easily pull out that kind of cash. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation, and it was extremely frustrating. Make sure to park in clearly marked spaces--otherwise, be prepared for these shady practices. Avoid this towing service if you can. read more

On 5/18/24, Eddie's Emergency Response Towing removed my car from the library lot shortly after I parked there after hours for a children's concert at the church across the street. I legitimately thought I could park there and am a regular library patron, but I understand I made a mistake. A bummer, but I was prepared to pay the fee and move on. When I called the number written in Sharpie on the library sign, I specifically asked if I could pick my car up the next day (Sunday) and was told yes and to call back later to schedule a pick up. I know I asked, because that's when my husband was coming back to town and I'd have a ride. The person also mentioned it would be $475, several hundred dollars more than other towing companies around Allentown. The Allentown Towing Company, for example, says that local tows cost between $75 and $125. After a friend gave me a ride home, someone called and repeatedly asked for my address. My husband was out of town and I didn't feel comfortable giving my address out without confirming it was Eddie's wanting to drop off my car. When I said this, the person said I was "burning time" and demanded I pay in cash to get my car back. This hadn't been mentioned on my first call. I said I didn't have $475 in cash, and asked if they'd take a check. The person barked "cash only" and said I had until 10pm to pick my car up or it would be an extra $75/day and that I couldn't pick my car up the next day. I asked the location of my car so I could go to an ATM nearby. They refused to tell me and said to call when I had cash in hand. When my friend and her husband gave me a ride to an ATM and I called, nobody answered. Worried I'd miss the 10pm deadline, I called until someone picked up and told us the address where my car was being stored (422 Lehigh St). My friends drove me to the lot, which was dark, unsecured, and unmarked. I've later researched and Pennsylvania Statutes Title 73 P.S. Trade and Commerce § 1971.3 states that towing companies must "post the towing fees and the storage and related service fees and hours of operation at the towing storage facility." Two people arrived in an unmarked minivan after my friend's husband and I stood waiting in the dark lot for around ten minutes. One of them threw open the door and yelled, "What's wrong with you?" The man proceeded to shout at us (I guess for calling too many times?) and refused to take my license from my hand, demanding my friend's husband give it to him. This felt sexist and humiliating. He said, to my friend's husband, "She's been calling me all afternoon, saying, 'I'm a single mom'" (which was a confusing and blatant lie. Was he mixing me up with someone else?). He then said, "I could make this $800 on Monday," threatening to keep my car. My friend's husband and I managed to diffuse the situation, but it was bizarre and alarming. The threat of increasing the price solidified to us how much of a scam this was. I'm not sure how this supposed "company" is still in business, but avoid them if at all possible, and be very careful where you park. They have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau, and the PA Attorney General is collecting information on towing scams across the state, including Eddie's. Please file a consumer complaint at https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/submi.../consumer-complaint/ or https://www.bbb.org/.../eddies-emergency-response-towing... in order to hold Eddie's Emergency Response Towing accountable if you've experienced bad service. I'm sure everyone in Allentown would like their money to go to a respectful, reputable company instead of people so inconsiderate and aggressive. Thank you! read more

Preditory towing company but the ring leader is Zitro property managment, preys on the visitors of Binai Birth retirement building. Tows cars within minutes not hours or days, charges up to 500 to get car back, I understand that's private property (liberty shopping center) but most of their business comes from residents, I went up to get my MIL prescription to drop it off at CVS, I was gone for 15-20 mins and my car was gone. Charged me 480.00 not 200 or 250 like a normal towing company , to charge that amount is just terrible. Will not use any of those business in that shopping center. I'm glad Lauren enjoyed getting her car towed LOL !!! Fake review by owner. read more

he's a no good man. They run a shady company where they park in the street and wait for you to just cross the street for 30 seconds and hook your car up. They charge a 425 dollar drop fee and 480 at their trashy ghetto lot. They drove off on me after saying call the number on the sign and one is that not only illegal but they must state there location of where your car will be at the time of your car getting towed. Also once they tow your car and tell you you're able to get your car back they won't pick up the phone until you blow it up or send a bunch of messages. He also was refusing/stalling to give me the address of where to pick my car up at which is again also illegal. Don't worry eddy i've already contacted my lawyer and you'll be hearing from both of us soon read more

So I parked where I should not have in Allentown.. although nobody likes their car towed.. it's the job of the tow truck driver to tow your car.. Eddie's towing was very professional & understanding.. he's not out to get your money & it brings him no joy to have to tow your car.. he is a great man.. he released my car to me on a Sunday evening & didn't charge outrageous fees.. No other tow truck company gives your car asap because they want your $$$.. Not Eddie's. he went out of his way to get my much needed vehicle back to me & didn't charge an arm & a leg.. He is a great person with integrity and actually cares about his customers.. I would recommend him for tow jobs & if your car is towed bcuz, like myself, you park somewhere you're not supposed to, hope he is the one to tow it!!! Awesome, professional and service!!! Thanks again Eddie!!! read more

So I just moved into Allentown. I pay to park in a lot and my car was towed by accident. Not only did they bring my car back, but I made a friend for life. Eddie is a man of integrity. He was professional and apologized to the point where I actually felt bad because he was so nice. He personally returned my car to me and well I cant say enough about his character. He is truly a very nice man. His heart is bigger than his tow truck! Thank you Eddie, for the conversation, for showing up the way you did today. I know the circumstance of us meeting was not good (don't touch my car again) lol. I'm actually glad you towed me. Only God can bring people together like this:) read more

They are the worst. They don't respond in a timely manner and are a predatory towing company. They do everything possible to take your money, but nothing to solve the issue. They have a photo for a lot, but your car is not there. I will not stop telling everyone about their terrible business ethics. read more

They are very disrespectful. They take your car and don't tell you where it is. They have your car for less the an hour. Charge you $500

Our vehicle was towed, we notified them of an issue before we left the lot. After $486 worth of damage they will not take responsibility. Tried to talk with him rationally and he was cursing and angry claiming we are trying to "get away with something". Yes, we are trying to get you to cover a repair of the damage you caused. read more

Predatory practices, extremely rude, dodges phone calls and expects respect like a king when he does finally answer.
