The receptionist was extremely friendly and checked me in quickly and pointed me to the correct waiting area. I was second in line and didn't wait long at all before a Ms. Smith (forget the first name) called me to her desk. When I explained to her what I needed, you could instantly tell she wasn't very interested in helping me. I emailed the will sent to me by our JAG office and she printed it out and read it over. I needed just two witnesses in order for this process to be completed and in an office of over at least 10/15 people, I thought that wouldn't be a problem... after all it is a service they are supposed to provide. Before even looking to see if any of her co-workers were free, Ms Smith told me that because I didn't come with any witnesses there wasn't much she could do for me. She said that I could wait, but wasn't sure how long it would be. I explained to her that I am leaving in less than a week and have a whole apartment I needed to pack and move so I would go elsewhere, which I did. Thankfully Lynn's notary in Palmer was able to help out (despite it being a much smaller office). This is the second issue I have had here over my 11 year membership. AAA is absolutely pathetic and the only people that make the membership worth it are their on road services teams.

He introduced himself warmly, checked to make sure I wasn't standing in the cold, and treated both me and my S550 with real professionalism. His demeanor felt more like concierge-level service than a typical tow--calm, respectful, and attentive. Later that evening, he even sent photos confirming my car was safely delivered to Integrated Automotive Service. Integrated Automotive received the vehicle exactly as promised, parked neatly and handled with care. What could have been a stressful night turned into an experience defined by kindness and true customer service. Mario and the teams at AAA Northampton, Easton Auto Body, and Integrated Automotive set a new standard. I'm genuinely grateful.

Saturday morning 815 am, I received a call informing me they do not service Mercedes. This was not a problem. I figured the tow truck operator was only trying to help and did not know they could not fix my car. The guys I the shop offered a couple of places that could do the work on Monday. All in all I appreciated that they were honest about not doing the work. The tow truck operator had good customer service and made me feel at ease while on the side of the highway broke down with two kids. The next day, I towed to another repair shop and the office staff was wonderful, an older gentleman and the younger gentleman dispatcher. My second tow driver was as nice and competent as the first. I would recommend the shop based on the character of the folks I dealt with in my limited experience.

My wife's car died about two months ago and the regular guy we know/use who has a tow truck was…read morealready booked for the next several hours but he suggested Fast Lane because they have multiple trucks and he figured that they could get to us a lot faster than he could. I called a little before 7am on a Wednesday and the lady/answering service said that the day shift receptionist and drivers would be in soon and that the night shift was getting off at 7am and that he could not/would not take any more calls so I had to wait 10 minutes and then call back again after 7am. I called back after seven and explained my situation and location for a second time and they said no problem that they would also bill the garage that the car was going to since they have a relationship with them. So even though I was told that I was first and that they would be "right over" it took almost 90 minutes for the truck to come about eight miles. The hook up and was quick and easy, although the driver had the personality of a rock and looked like the convict, and before I knew it we were at the garage and the car was unloaded very softly, the paperwork was signed and he was on his way. So in the end while the driver was a half step over Cro-Magnon Man, he did his job well and I would think about using Fast Lane again in the future.
