After checking a few places online I headed for Men's Wearhouse to "just take a look". I told a clerk what I wanted to see. He disappeared and returned with a lady named Nicole. She was very attentive, listened well and went to work. In no time she had me in two new suits in front of their tailor. I have trouble finding shoes because of swelling and diabetes, For three years I have worn and repaired the same dress shoes UNTIL Nicole solved my dilemma. She found a pair of dress slip-ons that have a lot of "give" when putting them on and are fully cushioned from toe to heel and around the ankles. They are so comfortable and flexible. In less than an hour I had painlessly dropped a grand. I'm very pleased and I recommend them.

My trusty companion, Diablo (my Chihuahua) at my side. The MINUTE I walked into the store, I was greeted by a Sales Associate who proceeded to try to get me to sign up for a BR credit card. This is just in poor taste. I haven't even looked at a single item - and BR is trying to get me to sign up for one of their 20% interest cards. It completely turned me off of the entire experience, and I had no desire to purchase anything at that point. Alas, I still needed a dress for a wedding and picked up a few selections to make my way to the dressing room. The dresses I tried on all fit akwardly. They were HUGE in comparison to the sizing on the tag, and were extremely large in the chest (I am average build, so this should not an issue). $200 for a linen sheath that would require basketball breasts to fill out is just simply ridiculous. My advice to BR? (And Gap, and ON) -- spend more time making sure your clothes fit actual bodies and less time hocking credit cards to your customers in this piss poor economy.
