It is a family run business, and it is clear that they are passionate and proud of what they do. Their store is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful clothing. Their knowledge is exceptional. First impressions upon entering, immediately stared down by the associate at the counter but not greeted or otherwise acknowledged. We walked directly towards the suits and started looking at different options, colours, etc but still no assistance from anyone even though multiple HR staff were standing around with nothing to do except show each other their phones. After finding some styles I liked, we looked for assistance (again) but were still met with disdainful looks or completely ignored. I guess maybe instead of dressing comfortably for the weekend (also my SO has bright purple hair), we should have arrived like we were ready for some black tie affair. Understand I was ready to book a fitting and buy on the spot. It's all good Harry Rosen, my money is clearly not welcome in your store. I'll shop elsewhere.
